Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage in der Schmechtingstrasse 40 in Bochum, drei Minuten Fusslaeufig von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Feldsieperstr. entfertn.
Zur verfuegung stehen zwei Zimmer, eines ist etwa 20qm und das andere etwa 16qm gross. Die geraeumige Kueche ist etwa 20qm gross.

The apartment is conveniently located at Schmechtingstrasse 40, 44809. Three minutes walk from Feldsieperstrasse stop at u35 bahn stop. Apartment is on the first floor of a 3 story building. All the 3 neighbors are students and very friendly and one nice family on the second floor. The apartment is 5 minutes away from Penny, 6 minutes away from Kaufland and 12 minutes from Stadtpark. it is a very quiet street with several diners within 5 minutes walking distant. I am a student from Canada in RUB and have been living in this apartment for more than 2 years without any inconveniences. Unfortunately I have to find new flatmates that can move in long term from the beginning of November.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage des Hauses und die meisten Nachbarn sind, bis auf eine sehr nette Familie, studentische WGs.
In der Umgebung befinden sich einige Supermaerkte, darunter Penny und Kaufland, welche beide knapp sechs Minuten entfernt sind. Der Stadtpark ist in etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
In der ruhigen aber sehr schoenen Strasse befinden sich neben einem Theater auch mehrer Ateliers und eine Kneipe, die oft sehr gute Events veranstalten. Diverse Restaurants bzw Imbissbuden befinden sich in Fusslaeufiger reichweite an der Herner Strasse.
Ich selbst bin Student aus Kanada und wohne seit knapp 2 Jahren hier und empfand das Wohnen in diesem Haus immer als sehr angenehm, mit netten Nachbarn und nettem Vermieter.
Ich suche kurzfristig zum ersten November neue Mitbewohner, die bereit waeren die Wohnung langfristig zu uebernehmen, wenn ich im Dezember zurueck nach Kanada fliege.

Die Miete variert je nachdem, welche Internet und Gas-/Stromvertraege abgeschlossen werden. Meldet euch einfach, dann besprechen wir das. Sollte aber etwa 230 warm pro Person sein.
