There is also a direct bus from the flat to Bochum University. The University can be reached within 20 mins.

Supermarkets like Aldi or Penny are nearby within 10 mins.
There are also an ample of restaurants and cafes near the apartment.

Besonders gefällt mir der große grüne Park in der Nähe, ideal für Jogger und Spaziergänger.

The quiet environment, both inside and outside the building, made it particularly suitable for students.
I particularly liked the large green park nearby, perfect for joggers and walkers
