Die Wohnung umfasst zwei Etagen und besteht aus drei gleichgroßen Zimmern, zwei kleinen Badezimmern und einer gemeinsamen Küche.
Das Zimmer liegt im oberen Geschoss, hat 16qm mit Blick auf Innenhof und ist sehr sonnig.

The apartment consists of two floors and three rooms of the same size, two small bathrooms and a common kitchen.
The room is on the upper floor, has 16sqm with a view of the courtyard and is very sunny.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhig gelegenen Studentenwohnheim "Grimberg" nahe des Gesundheitscampus und etwa 15 min zu Fuß von Ruhr-Uni Bochum entfernt. Eine U-Bahnstation ist etwa in 10min zu Fuß errreichbar und führt sowohl zur Uni als auch zur Innenstadt (HBF). Ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Wohnheim bietet Wiesen, einen Grillplatz sowie soziales Miteinander.
Fahrräder können sicher im zentralen Fahrradkeller abgestellt werden und es ist ein großzügiger Autoparkplatz am Wohnheim.

The apartment is located in the quiet student dormitory "Am Grimberg" near the health campus (Gesundheitscampus) and about 15 minutes on foot from Ruhr University Bochum. An underground station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and leads to both the university and the city center (HBF). Shops are also within walking distance.
The dorm offers meadows, a barbecue area and social interaction.
Bicycles can be safely parked in the central bicycle cellar and there is ample car parking at the dorm.
Wir beide studieren Geomatik und IT-Sicherheit im Master und sind kurz vor unserem Abschluss daher liegt unser Fokus mehr auf Abschluss des Studiums und es ist eher ruhiger in unserer WG aber natürlich sind wir nem Bier und ner Party nicht abgeneigt.
Allgemein ist das Zusammenleben sehr zwanglos und wir haben u.a. auch keinen Putzplan.

We study geomatics and IT security in the master and are close to completing our degree, so our focus is more on completing the degree and it is rather quieter in our flat share, but of course we are not averse to a beer and a party.
In general, living together is very informal and we also do not have a cleaning plan.
