The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and bookshelf. It faces northwest and has a big window. Since the room is rather small it is ideal for weekly commuters. But you can also make use of the ample living room, so you will feel comfortable even for longer stays.
Shared facilities: Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining corner, loggia. wifi, bath with shower, lavatory, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Rent also covers heating and internet. There is no cleaning service - we take turns in cleaning the flat.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank und Bücherregal. Da es eher klein ist, ist es für Pendler ideal, die nur einige Tage in der Woche in Bochum sind. Aber da auch ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung steht, lässt es sich auch für länger gut dort leben.

Quiet residential area, 7 minutes to tram stop. 10 minutes on foot to shopping center. 15 minutes on foot to campus.
Ruhige Wohngegend, 7 Minuten zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Campus.
