Hallo liebe Zimmer-Suchenden,
da ich von September bis Februar (Termine verhandelbar / evtl. Verlängerung bis Ende März möglich) ein Semester im Ausland verbringen werde, wird in unsrer netten 6er-Wg ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß mit Fenster zur Nordseite. Die Warmmiete beträgt 320€, sodass nur noch knapp 10€ Internet- und Telefonkosten dazukommen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Kleiderstange, Regale, Schreibtisch, Kommode & Sofa )
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss.
Wir haben zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie zwei Kochecken, jeweils mit Spüle und Herd. Außerdem ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Lage in der Bonner Altstadt lässt keine Wünsche übrig. REWE, Penny und Aldi sowie etliche Kneipen, Restaurants und die Straßenbahnlinien 61, 62 und 66 sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

WG-Leben
Wir sind eine unkomplizierte, bunt gemischte Truppe, die abends gerne mal zusammensitzt, zusammen kocht und ab und zu einen Wg-Ausflug macht. Jeder hat aber auch seinen eigenen Freundeskreis und wenn man mal seine Ruhe will, dann kann man natürlich auch seine Tür zumachen.

I am going to spend the upcoming winter semester abroad. Because of that, there`s a room waiting for a new tenant to stay from September to February (dates negotiable).
The room is about 15 square meters and has a big door-size window. The rent is 320€ per month (not including internet and telephone costs, which are about 10 € per).
The room will be furnished with a bed, a desk, a little sofa, a clothes rail, racks and a commode. The apartment is in the first floor. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and a tub. There are two kitchenettes with cookers. Furthermore, we have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The flat is located in the old town, which is characterized by many bars and restaurants and is easy to reach by bus (lines 604 & 605) or by tram (lines 61, 62 and 66). There are supermarkets (REWE, Penny, Aldi…) in the direct neighborhood.
Flat life
We are a young and international bunch of people, who like to sit down and cook together. Now and then we do some trips or go out together. However, of course everyone has his own friends and if you want to have your privacy you just have to close your door :)
