Das Zimmer ist im 1. OG in der Heerstraße in der Altstadt und 18 Quadratmeter groß. Zimmer ist zur Straße hin und hell. Im Zimmer ist ein Holzfusboden. Das Zimmer ist in einem Haus mit zwei WGs. Die Küche und eine Toilette wird von einer Mitbewohnerin mitbenutzt. Ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche wird von fünf Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden wenn gewünscht.
Mitten in der Altstadt in fünf Minuten ist man bei Penny oder REWE. Gute Verkehrsanbindung aber eigentlich kann man alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad erreichen. Schlechte Parksituation
In der Küche kann man sihc immer nett mit seiner Mitbewohnerin unterhalten. Generell wird aber auch der Wunsch nach Ruhe berücksichtigt.
