In unserer 4er-WG direkt am Frankenbad wird ein 21m² großes, helles Zimmer frei!
Es hat sehr hohe Decken, zwei große Fenster und liegt zur Straße hin.
Die WG verfügt über eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch, einen großen Balkon, der mitgenutzt werden kann, ein Bad mit Badewanne und separater Toilette. In der gesamten WG liegt Holzboden.
Die Lage ist ideal: Supermarkt, Post, mehrere Kioske, Sparkasse, Bäcker, Frankenbad und Bushaltestelle (super Anbindung zu Uni/Innenstadt) liegen direkt um die Ecke.
Wenn ihr einzieht, wohnt ihr mit Janna (33) und Jule (33) zusammen, die beide berufstätig sind. Du solltest also idealerweise kein Erstsemesterstudent mehr sein und mindestens 25 Jahre alt.
Bei Interesse würde ich gerne mein Hochbett (ohne Matratze) und meinen 2-türigen Kleiderschrank (beides IKEA und ebenholzfarben) für 150 Euro an den Nachmieter abgeben.
In der Gesamtmiete von 345 Euro sind sämtliche Kosten (also auch GEZ, Internet, Strom usw.) enthalten, sodass keine weiteren Kosten mehr dazu kommen.
