Vermietet wird ein kleines gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in einer tollen Maisonette-Wohnung in der Bonner Altstadt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sonnigen Hinterhof, ist sehr hell und ruhig, und hat einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich, welcher zusammen mit dem Wohnzimmer und der Wohnküche rund 50qm umfasst. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner, und zwei Vollbädern. Das Zimmer ist frei bis Ende Juni, mit der Option auf ein zwei Monate Verlängerung.
We rent a cute and comfy little room in a beautiful maisonette flat in the heart of Bonn. The flat is in a calm backyeard, very light, has a big open kitchen with a nice dining area as well as a living room. All together the common area is around 50sqm. The flat has every convenience you need from washing mashine to dryer to dishwasher, as well as two full bathrooms. The room is free till the end of June, with the option of a couple of months more depending on the situation.
Mitten in der Bonner Altstadt, Bahnen und Busse sind in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. In der Umgebung sind viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Kneipen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind Fußläufig zu erreichen.
In the heart of the Bonner 'Altstadt' public transport is just around the corner, as are bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets.

Das beste an der Wohnung sie die zwei tollen Mitbewohnerinnen. Wir arbeiten alle bei der GIZ in Bonn und sind deswegen normalerweise auch recht viel unterwegs. Wir wünschen uns idealerweise auch jemand berufstätigen bzw. mit einem festen Rhythmus. Wenn wir alle da sind verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, auch wenn sich sehr gut in den verschiedenen Gemeinschaftsbereichen oder auf das Zimmer zurückziehen kann.
Du wirst zusammenwohnen mit Caro und Luise:
Luise hat fast immer gute Laune und einen grünen Daumen, Sinn für die Gemeinschaft und ein unverkennbares Lachen. Du kannst dich sowohl im Haushalt als auch auf dem Dancefloor stets auf sie verlassen.
Caro liebt elektronische Musik, Schokolade und Freund*innenschaften sind ihr sehr wichtig. Sie hat oft witzige Ideen, die das Zusammenleben in Covid-Zeiten abwechslungsreicher machen. Sie lebt halb in Berlin, ist also nicht permanent da.
You will share the flat with two lovely flatmates, both of whom are working for GIZ. We would love to have someone who has a similar rythm. In normal times, everyone is traveling quite a bit, but when we are all home, we like to spend time with each other. W are also happy to spend some me-time in the common areas or in our room, however, as long as you're respectful, everything goes.
You will live with Luise and Caro: Luise is of a sunny disposition, has an infectious laugh, and a green thumb. Caro loves electronic music, chocolate, and getting creative about how to spend fun times together during Covid-19. She lives in Berlin part time, so she will only be around some of the time. Both are community oriented, and great to be around!
