The title is just a joke, you dont have to be a cyclist ;-)
The room is in Adolfstraße, 53111, Bonn. The appartment is for 2 residents. We have got almost 60m² 2 normal rooms (your room and my room), a small room for TV and/or more bycicles and a small kitchen which is big enough for 2 to cook and eat. Rent would be 380€ including everything (heat, water, gas, internet, as long as prices dont explode). If you are interested, i can provide alot more Info and fotos.
i try to keep everything honest and open, to have a good and healthy communication and flate mate relationship.
You don't need to be a cyclist to live here, but you will be offered a bicycle sooner or later, i guess.
I am strict about the non smoking policy here.
I like rock music and keep kitchen and bath a lot tidier than my own room. We have an additional small room that we could turn into a little living room, tiny movie theatre or professional bicycle workshop - your choice ;)
Until my best flat mate every left - i am still a little heart broken, we watched alot of shows together. Better Call Saul, Firefly, Ozark, Mandalorian, and so on. Hard SciFi has got a good chance with me.
We can cook together sometimes, while i prefer veggy food. I don't mind if you eat meat.
If you need some time on your own, that is totally normal with me. I'd play video games alot anyway.
