Hallo, in der Blumenvilla gibt es wieder Platz. In unserer netten Familie+WG in Bonn Auerberg ist zum 1. Februar ein Zimmer frei. Da ein Mitbewohner leider leider auszieht suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner. Das große Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist 15,75 m2 groß und hell. Zwischenmiete ist auch möglich, wenn Du mindestens 6 Monate bleibst. Das Zimmer ist möbliermit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer hat auch einen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Der tolle gelbe Sessel zieht allerdings leider mit unserem Mitbewohner aus. Da wir ein ganzes Haus bewohnen (sehr große Wohnküche + sehr schöner Garten + viel Stauraum im Keller) haben wir wirklich viel Platz.
Hi, our House Community will offer one empty room. You can move in 1. of February. Since a dear roommate moves out we search for a new roommate. The room with about 15.75 m2 is quite bright. The room is furnished (I need to take updated photos) with a bed, wardrobe, desk. You can enter from the room directly the garden. Unfortunately the beautiful yellow chair moves out with our flatmate. Since we rent a whole house we do have really a plenty of space (pretty large kitchen + garden + basement for storage).
Bonjour, il y a de nouveau de la place dans la Blumenvilla. Dans notre belle famille+WG à Bonn Auerberg, une chambre est libre à partir du 1er février. Comme un gentil colocataire part, nous cherchons un nouveau colocataire. La grande pièce au rez-de-chaussée fait 15 m2 et est très lumineuse. Un loyer intermédiaire est également possible si vous restez au moins 6 mois. La chambre est meublée (je dois prendre de nouvelles photos) avec un lit, une armoire, un bureau. Comme nous vivons dans une maison entière (très grande cuisine + très beau jardin + beaucoup d'espace de rangement au sous-sol), nous avons vraiment beaucoup d'espace.
Unser WG Haus - auch Blumenvilla genannt - liegt in Bonn Auerberg im Bonner Norden. Da wir das ganze Haus bewohnen, ist die Wohnfläche pro Kopf recht hoch. Wir haben einen sehr schönen und großen Garten mit Terrasse und einen riesigen Balkon. Deshalb findet im Sommer einiges vom WG- Leben draußen statt. Die Bushaltestellen für die 604 und 605 sind direkt vor dem Haus und in ca. 200m Entfernung ist die Tramhaltestelle (Linie 61 ca. 15 min bis Hbf) .
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Apotheken, Bäcker etc.), sowie viel Grün. Es sind ca. 10 min bis zum Rhein runter!
Our house also called Blumenvilla is based in Auerberg, North of Bonn. Since we are just five adults (plus two children) the space is quite a lot per person. There is also a beautiful huge garden with a terrasse and a super huge balcony. Therefore we spend a lot of time outside in the summer time. There are two bus stops (604 and 605) just in front of the house and the tram 61 is also not far. Additionally there are Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Pharmacies and Bakeries close by. Also the park like Nordfriedhof and last but not least the river rhine.
The house is clear audient and since there are kids it might be not the most suitable option for highly noise sensitive people.
Notre colloc s'appelle aussi Blumenvilla, donc la Maison des Fleurs. On est que 5 adults (plus 2 enfants) à habiter la colloc, il y a beaucoup de place pour chaqu'un. L'arret de bus des lignes 604 et 605 sont directement devant notre maison et l'arret de tram de la ligne 61 est à 5 minutes à pied - on tram c'est 17 minutes pour aller à la gare principale. Des supermarchés, boulangers, pharmacie, medecins etc. sont très proche et dans 10 minutes à pied tu es au bord du Rhin!
Wir sind Berufstätige und trotzdem keine Zwecks WG! Wir leben hier gemeinsam und auch wenn es Zeiten gibt in denen alle viel zu tun haben ist uns ein gutes Zusammenleben wichtig. Es wird häufiger gegrillt (zumindest außerhalb des lockdowns) und es kommt auch derein oder andere Gast vorbei.
Deine neuen MitbewohnerInnen sind Muhammad (30), Domi (41), Leo (38), Yael (10), Yuri (8) und in den Ferien kommt Tibo (13) zu Besuch.
Der große Garten ist im Frühjahr und Sommer ein Traum und wir pflanzen auch schon mal Tomaten oder Gurken an.

We are young employees and kids. Even so there are times everyone is quite busy we take our community life important. Once in a while - if there is no lockdown) we cook together, have a bbq with friends. Visitors are always welcome. Your new flat mates will be Muhammad (30), Domi (41), Leo (38), Yael (10), Yuri (8) and Tibo (13) who is here during holidays. We are looking forward to meet you soon. The big garden is a real plus for life quality. In summer we sometimes even grow some view veges.

Nous sommes de jeunes professionnels ainsi que des étudiants et pourtant nous ne sommes pas des colocataires ! Nous vivons ici ensemble et même s'il y a des moments où tout le monde a beaucoup à faire, il est important pour nous de bien vivre ensemble. Il y a plus souvent un barbecue et certains de nos invités passent aussi.
Vos nouveaux colocataires sont Muhammad (30), Domi (41), Leo (38), Yael (10), Yuri (8) et un week-end sur deux et pendant les vacances, Tibo (13) vient vous rendre visite.
Le grand jardin est un rêve au printemps et en été et on y plante aussi des tomates ou des concombres.
