da wir zwei Monate Elternzeit in Ostafrika verbringen werden zwei Zimmer im September und Oktober zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das erste Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß, hell und hat einen direkten Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Das zweite Zimmer ist ca 11 m² und ebenfalls sehr hell. Die beiden Zimmer sind im 1. Stock und liegen direkt nebeneinander. Sie bieten sich auch für ein Paar oder eine Kleinfamilie an. Es ist das gesamte Kindermobiliar vorhanden und kann genutzt werden bei Bedarf oder eben auch in den Keller verschwinden. Wir würden sowohl beide Zimmer zusammen oder eben auch einzeln vermieten. Da wir ein ganzes Haus bewohnen (sehr große Wohnküche und Wohn/-Gästezimmer + sehr schöner großer Garten + Stauraum im Keller) haben wir wirklich viel Platz.
Hi, since we plan to spend some time of our parental leave in East Africa we rent out two rooms in September and October. The first room has about 15 m² and a direct access to the roof-deck. The second room has roughly 11 m². Both rooms are bright and fully furnished. They are located next to each other and could be nice for a couple or a small family. If there is need for children equipment it can be used. We are willing to rent both rooms together or each as a single room.
Since we live in a house (super large kitchen, a guestroom, a garden and a basement) there is a plenty of space for everyone.
Unser WG Haus- auch Blumenvilla genannt- liegt in Bonn Auerberg im Bonner Norden. Und da wir nur zu viert sind ist die Wohnfläche pro Kopf sehr hoch zudem gibt es zwei Bäder. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Garten mit Terrasse und einen riesigen Balkon. Deshalb findet im Sommer einiges vom WG-Leben draußen statt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus und in ca. 250m Entfernung ist die Tramhaltestelle (Linie
61, 17 min bis Hbf)
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Kaisers etc.), sowie viel Grün. In knapp 10 min bist Du am Rhein!
The shared house – also called Blumenvilla – is located at Bonn northern parts (Auerberg). Since we are only four flatmates the space is quite generous. There are two bathrooms. Furthermore we have a beautiful garden, a cozy terrace and a roof-deck. Therefore we are a lot outside as soon as the weather is nice.
The next bus-stop is just in front of the house and the Tram 61 about 250m. There is each 5-7 minutes some public transport to Bonn Main Station (about 17min distance).
Next to us are several shops like REWE, Penny, Kaisers or Rossmann. And within just 10 min walk you have reached the Rhine.
Wir sind jeweils Studenten und Berufstätige und trotzdem keine Zwecks WG! Wir leben hier gemeinsam und auch wenn es Zeiten gibt in denen alle viel zu tun haben ist uns ein gutes Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Deshalb feiern wir auch schon mal eine große WG Party! Zurzeit wird nahezu jedes Wochenende gegrillt und Besuch ist immer herzlich willkommen.

We are partly students and young employees. Even so there are times everyone is quite busy we take our community life important. Once in a while we cook together, have a bbq or a party with friends. Visitors are always welcome. Your new flat mate will be Rahel and who ever answers our advertisement. We are looking forward to meet you soon.
Zudem gibt es noch ein weiteres Zimmer, welches wir als Wohn-, Arbeits- und Gästezimmer nutzen. Hier kann man auch mal in Ruhe lesen, einen Film gucken oder am Laptop arbeiten. Regelmäßig sind hier auch Freunde und Gäste untergebracht.
Additionally we have on free room we use for accommodating guests, to work, to read etc.
Wer Interesse hat beide Zimmer zu mieten zahlt insgesamt 580 Euro im Monat.
