Das Zimmer hat 17m^2 und ist somit größer als das durchschnittliche WG-Zimmer. Es hat außerdem zwei große Fenster/Türen die direkt auf den Balkon führen. Also ist es immer hell & du kannst jederzeit frische Luft auf dem Balkon genießen :)
Da ich das Zimmer nur befristet während meines Erasmussemesters vermiete bleiben meine Möbel im Zimmer. Somit musst du dich weder um ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl oder Kleiderschrank kümmern. Natürlich werde ich meine persönlichen Gegenstände wegräumen damit du Platz hast dich auszubreiten & das Zimmer so zugestalten dass du dich zuhause fühlst :)
The room is 17m^2 big and has direct access to the balcony. It has two big windows and there is a lot of natural light. Since i am only gone for my erasmus semester i will leave my bed, desk, chair and dresser. I will remove my personal items so you can decorate the space and feel at home :)
Die WG ist in Auerberg, zirka 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zum Bonner Hbf. Von da aus geht man noch zirka 5 Minuten zum Hauptgebäude der Universität. Die Straßenbahn Station ist 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt & die Bahn fährt alle 10 Minuten. Wenn du einkaufen möchtest musst du aber gar nicht so weit - Penny, Rewe, Rossmann, ein Friseur, Dönerladen & die Post sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch zum Rhein kann man gut innerhalb von 10 Minuten gehen - die Strecke dort eignet sich super zum spazieren oder joggen!
The apartment is located in the Bonn Auerberg and very well connected to the city center. It takes about 15 minutes with the tram to the main train station and 5 more minutes of walking to the university main building. The tram stop is only 2 minutes from the apartment and it leaves every ten minutes. There are two supermarkets, a drugstore, a pharmacy, kebab shop, barber and post office less than five minutes away. The rhine is also only 10 minutes by foot if you like to go for a walk or run!
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck WG und ich werde meine Mitbewohnerinnnen sehr vermissen!
In der WG wohnen Johanna (Psychologie Studentin, Autorin und großer Fan von Toblerone Schokolade), Marie (Frühförderung Studentin, engagiert sich in der Tierhilfe und die Person mit dem größten Iced Coffee Konsum in ganz NRW) sowie Maries Katzen Tattoo & Moon und ihr Hund Loki! Wenn du an der WG interessiert bist dann solltest du Tiere genauso lieben wie wir :)
Vor allem die Katzen Tattoo & Moon werden auch Zeit in deinem Zimmer verbringen und es würde leider nicht passen falls du zb eine sehr starke Tierhaarallergie haben solltest :(
We are all friends living together so we hope to find a roommate that has common interests!
Your roommates will be Johanna (studies psychology, writes novels in her free time, loves chocolate), Marie (studies pedagogy, volunteers at an animal rescue center and is a big fan of iced oatmilk coffee). Also living in the apartment are Maries two cats Tattoo & Moon and her dog Loki. If you are interested in the apartment we hope you love animals as much as we do. Especially the cats will also spend time in your room so it would not be a good match if for example you have a very strong allergy against animal fur :(

Das Zimmer ist nur befristet verfügbar bis zirka Ende Februar, potenziell nach Absprache ein paar Wochen länger. Danach beende ich mein Erasmussemester und würde wieder in die WG einziehen :)
Wir haben außerdem einen Garten, Keller, eigene Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine!
Wir freuen uns auf deine Anfrage & würden gerne ab Mitte August Besichtigungen/Kennenlernen starten!
The room is only available during my erasmussemester. I will come back the beginning of march or potentially we could arrange 2-3 weeks later.
We have a garden, basement with washer and dryer and a dishwasher!
