da ich ausziehe, suchen meine netten Mitbewohner (Niki 33 und Jeremy 25) einen oder eine Nachmiter/in.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im schönen Beuel, nahe des Bahnhofs. Aufgrunddessen sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Umfeld bietet ebenfalls sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art :)
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 15 m groß und bietet durch den guten Schnitt einiges an Stauraum. Das fantastische an der Wohnung ist, dass es ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer gibt, worin man sich gemeinsam gut aufhalten kann. Davon ausgehend gibt es auch einen schönen Balkon.
