Das Zimmer wurde gerade renoviert und ist mit Laminat in Echtholzoptik ausgestattet. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit Blick in eine ruhige Seitenstraße. Dadurch ist das Zimmer schön hell, vor allem am späten Nachmittag und in den Abendstunden. Im Zimmer steht ein großer Einbauschrank, in diesen ist ein Schreibtisch integriert, sowie ein platzsparendes Stappelbett (Das sind im Prinzip 2 Betten a 80x200cm, die man entweder stapeln oder aneinander stellen kann, dann hat man ein Doppelbett). Ein Schreibtischstuhl ist auch vorhanden, das Zimmer ist also vollmöbliert.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt über einen Ess-/Gemeinschaftsraum, Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Gästebad, Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne, sowie einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeit. Zusätzlich steht allen WG-Bewohnern der Garten des Hauses (ca. 50qm) mit Terrasse zur Verfügung.

The room was renovated and is equipped with laminate in real wood look. The room has a large window overlooking a quiet side street. This makes the room nice and bright, especially in the late afternoon and evening hours. The room has a large built-in closet, in which a desk is integrated, as well as a space-saving stackable bed (these are basically 2 beds a 80x200cm, which you can either stack or put together, then you have a double bed). There is also chair, the room is fully equipped.
The common rooms are furnished to a high standard. The house has a dining/common room, kitchen with dishwasher, guest bathroom, bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bathtub, and a basement room with washing machine and drying facilities. In addition, the garden of the house (approx. 50 square meters) with terrace is available to all flat share residents.
Das Haus befindet sich in Beuel-Pützchen-Bechlinghoven in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Wohnlage bei gleichzeitiger guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt sowie nach Köln, Siegburg etc.
LIDL und Bushaltestelle sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung entsteht gerade eine Tankstelle. Zur Straßenbahnlinie 66 (Vilich-Müldorf) braucht man zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten.
Falls du ein Auto besitzt, findest du vor dem Haus kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Eine Garage kann bei Bedarf hinzugemietet werden. Die B56 & die Auffahrt zur A59 sind nahe gelegen.

The house is located in Beuel-Pützchen-Bechlinghoven in a row of houses. It is a quiet residential area with good connections to the city center and Cologne, Siegburg etc.
LIDL and bus stop can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A petrol station is also under construction in the immediate vicinity. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to tram line 66 (Vilich-Müldorf).
If you have a car, you will find free parking in front of the house. A garage can be rented if necessary. The B56 & the driveway to the A59 are nearby.
Die WG wurde vor 5 Jahren gegründet, nachdem das Haus umfassend renoviert wurde. Momentan leben sowohl berufstätige als auch Studenten in der WG. Wir schätzen die Lage abseits des Trubels und den Garten zum Abschalten. Dabei sind wir eher von der gemütlichen Sorte, und sitzen lieber entspannt zusammen, anstatt Partys zu feiern. Außerdem kann man sich jederzeit zurück ziehen. Eine schöne Umgebung ist uns wichtig, deshalb solltest du ordentlich und zuverlässig sein (Da es sich um ein Einfamilienhaus handelt, kümmern die Bewohner sich auch um Winterdienst etc.). Hobbys sind Sport, kochen, musizieren (Zimmerlautstärke).

The flat share was founded five year ago after the house was extensively renov ated. At the moment working people and students live in the shared apartment. We appreciate the location away from the hustle and bustle and the garden to switch off. We are more of a cozy type and prefer to sit together rather than celebrate parties. You can also withdraw at any time. A beautiful environment is important to us, so you should be neat and reliable (since it is a single-family house, the residents also take care of winter maintenance etc.). Hobbies are sports, cooking, making music (room volume).
