wir sind auf der Suche nach ein/zwei neue(n) Mitbewohner*innen. Wir, das sind zwei Frauen und zwei Kinder (5 und 2,5 Jahre alt). Wir leben in einem geräumigen und gemütlichem Haus mit 7 Zimmern, 2 Bädern, und einem Garten mit belebter Hinterhof-Nachbarschaft in Beuel. Unsere jetzigen 2,5 Mitbewohner (zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby) ziehen leider aus und hinterlassen ein großes und ein kleines freies Zimmer.
Wir suchen daher 1-2 Menschen, die ab September oder Oktober Teil unseres Hausprojekts werden möchten. In welche Räume diese Menschen ziehen und welchen Betrag sie zahlen, ist für uns verhandelbar. Bisher haben wir alle Fixkosten (Miete, Strom, Internet, Solawi) gleich auf alle Erwachsenen verteilt und haben jede*r 366 Euro monatlich gezahlt.
Im Haus gibt es viel gemeinschaftlich genutzte Fläche, u.a. ein großes Wohnzimmer, Gästezimmer, Arbeits-/Kreativzimmer und eine Werkstatt.
Wir teilen mehr als nur das Wohnen miteinander und verbringen oft die Nachmittage/Abende gemeinsam im Garten, kochen zusammen oder machen ab und an „Familienausflüge“. Wir essen größtenteils vegetarisch/vegan und unterstützen lokale Lebensmittelinitiativen (Solawi und Foodcoop). Die meisten Tagen sind gut mit Kinderaktivitäten gefüllt aber wir nehmen uns immer wieder die Zeit, das gemeinsame Leben zu genießen.

we are looking for new flatmates. There is the four of us: two women and two kids (5 and 2,5 years old) living in a spacious and cosy house with 7 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a garden in a lively backyard neighborhood in Beuel. Our current 2,5 flatmates (two adults and a baby) are moving out, leaving a free large and a smaller room.
We are looking for 1-2 people, who would like to join our house project from September or October on. Rooms and financial contribution are negotiable. Until now, rent and other monthly expenses (electricity, internet, solawi, etc) have been shared equally among the adults, each paying €366 per month.
The house has plenty of common space including a guestroom, workshop, a creative/working area. We share more than just living together – spending evenings in the garden, cooking together or sometimes doing „family“ trips.
We eat mostly vegan/vegetarian and support local food initiatives (Solawi and Foodcoop).
Everyday tends to be busy filled with kids routine but we find the time to make the most of our living together.
