Meine Freundin Sarah und ich teilen uns die Miete dieser renovierten Wohnung. Aber ich ziehe aus. Wir suchen also jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernehmen würde.
Der Raum ist mit ca. 18m² super groß. Es hat das ganze Jahr über gutes natürliches Licht.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 70m² und Sie würden dann den Flur, die Küche und das Bad mit Sarah teilen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Innenhofes des Gebäudes, das wir mit anderen Hausbewohnern teilen. Ein Platz zum Abschließen eines Fahrrads ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

My friend Sarah and I share the rent of this renovated apartment. But I am moving out. So we are looking for someone that would take my room.
The room is super big, with approximately 18m². It has good natural light throughout the year.
The apartment has circa 70m² and you would share then the hall, the kitchen, and the bathroom with Sarah.
The apartment is located at the back of the inner courtyard of the building we share with other householders. A place to lock a bike is also available.
Der Ort ist ruhig und friedlich.
Wir sind nur 7 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Hochkreuz und 2 Gehminuten von einem Busbahnhof (631, 612, 614 und Nachtbus) entfernt.
Es gibt 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe: Aldi und Netto (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Lidl und Edeka sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt (10 Minuten zu Fuß).
Frisches Brot kann man bequem auch bei OBI kaufen (5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Wenn Sie schwimmen möchten, ist auch das Friesdorfer Schwimmbad in der Nähe.

The place is quiet and calm.
We are only a 7-minutes walk from the Hochkreuz U-Bahn station and a 2-minutes walk from bus stations (631, 612, 614, and night bus).
There are 2 supermarkets nearby: Aldi and Netto (5min walking). Lidl and Edeka are also not far (10min walking).
Fresh bread is convenient to buy also at OBI (5min walking).
If you like to swim, there is the Friesdorf's pool also close.
Sarah ist Masterstudentin und sie sucht nach jemandem, der gerne Kontakte knüpfen möchte. In dieser Wohnung veranstalten wir in der Regel Spielabende (Karten- oder Brettspiele). Manchmal schauen wir zusammen Filme an und kochen auch. Backen ist etwas, was wir auch gerne tun.
Sarah trinkt nicht viel Alkohol. Sie trinkt gerne mehr Tee und Kaffee.

In der Küche ist eine Spülmaschine, Ofen und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Das Zimmer wird nicht möbliert sein, aber ich möchte, dass der nächste Bewohner die Garderobe kauft. Sie kostet 100 Euro. Das kleine Bücherregal (das sich neben dem Spiegel befindet) wird dort bleiben.

In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the flat.
The room will not be furnished, but I would like the next resident to buy the wardrobe. It costs 100 euros. The small bookshelf (which is next to the mirror) will stay there.
