Hello everyone,
I would like to rent out my room, which is part of a 4-WG, offered by Studentenwerk Bonn. The room itself is furnished (Bed, Desk, Chair, Wardrobe, etc) and the period for renting can be discussed later. In the rental cost, all costs for electricity/water/ are included.
In case of any further questions, do not hesitate to write me in person.
There are several busstops in the area, where aech can be reached in the time of 3-5 min. Buses that pass are 608/609/610/611/631/606/607/845/610/611. Nearby, there are Aldi and Kik (2min by foot), Netto(3min by foot), Lidl and Edeka (15min by foot or 5min by bus). The city center is 15min by bus.
In the flatshare there are 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and a balcony. The flatmates are all students and are 2 boys (from Germany and Romania) and a girl (from Germany). They are all very kind, polite, willing to help and clean. Languages spoken are German, English and Romanian.
The person renting the room should keep the place and the shared areas clean. The address cannot be used to register in the city-hall.
