ein Einzelzimmer im Studentenwohnheim Am Wichelshof(Bonn Castell, 53111) ist vom 21. Juli bis Ende August 2022 für 1 Monat frei.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 220 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet, WiFi ist ebenfalls inklusive. Das Zimmer ist zum Fluss hin ausgerichtet und an sonnigen Tagen kann man bestimmt den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Aldi, Rewe und Netto sind von hier aus in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle (Nordstraße) ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bietet regelmäßige Verbindungen nach Bonn Hbf und Bertha Von Suttner Platz.

A single room in Am Wichelshof Student Dormitory(Bonn Castell, 53111) is available from 28 July to the end of August 2022 for 1 month.
The total rent is 220 Euros including everything.
The room is fully furnished with a sink, WiFi will also be included. The room faces the river and you can definitely see the sunrise on sunny days. Aldi, Rewe, and Netto are within 10 minutes' walking distance. The bus stop(Nordstraße) is just a 2 mins walk from here and has frequent connections to Bonn Hbf and Bertha Von Suttner Platz.
