Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, Waschbecken, Regale und ein kleiner Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Internet ist super schnell.
Es ist 10 qm groß und sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein großes Fenster.
Waschmaschine steht zur Verfugung.

The room has a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, sink and a small fridge.
It's 10 m2 and really quiet. There's a nice big window.
There is a washing mashine available.
DEUTSCH:
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Du brauchst 4 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn/Bus-Haltestelle (61 und 62 fahren jede 5 Minuten). Von dort brauchst du noch 12-15 Minuten bis zum Hbf.
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - REWE, LIDL, EDEKA, Bäcker, Apotheken.

The building is in a quiet neighbourhood. It takes 4 minutes to get to the tram/bus station (tram runs every 5 minutes). From there you need another 12-15 minutes to the main station. There are many shops (REWE, LIDL, EDEKA) nearby, as well as bakeries, and pharmacies.
DEUTSCH:
Toiletten, Badezimmer, Küche und ein riesiges Terrasse teilst du mit den anderen. Die Putzfrau kommt 3 mal pro Woche - du brauchst nicht alles selber reinigen.
Die Terrasse ist super zum Grillen und Partys.

You share toilets, bathrooms, a kitchen and an enormous terrace with the others. There's a cleaning lady that comes 3 times per week, so you don't have to clean for yourself.
The terrace is perfect for grilling and parties.

Es handelt sich um eine Studentenwohnheim - du musst ein Student sein, oder mindestens ein Zulassungsbescheid haben. Es ist auch möglich das Zimmer nur für August und September mieten.

Only students can live here, so you'll need a student ID or at least a letter of admittance. It's also possible to rent it only for August and September.
