I am looking for a new roommate from 01.08.2022.
There are two bedrooms and one living room in this apartment. This room has a big window and faces the street. It is a bright and spacious room, every morning you can wake up with the sunlight. The room is unfurnished.

Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und ein grosses Wohnzimmer. Dein Mitbewohner wohnt in einem Schlafzimmer. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist frei und zum vermieten. Über dem Fenster koennen Sie die Baeume und Weg sehen. Die Umgebung ist sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Convenient and quiet! Edeka, Rewe, and Lidl are all nearby, approx. 10 min by foot or bus.
Public transportation: U61, U62 5 mins walk, U66 10 mins walk, RE/RB(UN Campus) 15 mins walk. Bus 630, 631 5 mins walk. 15 minutes to Bonn central via U61.U62.
Absolut zentrale Lage, Ärzte, Schulen, Freizeitaktivitäten, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs fussläufig erreichbar. Circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und 15 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bis zum Bonn HBF. Die nächste Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
U61, U62, U66, Bus 630, Bus 631 sind daneben.
I am from Indonesia and work as a research associate at one of the universities here (sometimes I work from home too).
So my activities include reading, and thus a quiet place is ideal to me. However, I did enjoy having some fun with my previous roommate e.g., watching movies in the evening, hiking during the weekend, and playing some board games.
I cook sometimes, especially at the weekend.
There is an additional cost of 150€ for the common equipment that I bought together with my previous roommate, which includes a sofa, dining table and chairs, and washing machine. The utility cost includes electricity and internet.
Es gibt eine zusätzliche Kosten 150 € für die gemeinsame Ausrüstung, die ich zusammen mit meinem vorherigen Mitbewohner gekauft, die Sofa, Esstisch und Stühle, und Waschmaschine umfasst. Die Nebenkosten beinhalten Strom und Internet.
