Hallo zusammen,
das Zimmer ist möbliert und als solches gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat 15 qm, weder zu groß noch zu klein, 3 Fenster (inklusive Rollo) mit schönem Ausblick und ist somit auch schön hell. Des weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Bushaltestelle (3 min. zu Fuß), einer S-Bahn und Straßenbahnhaltestelle (je 5 Gehminuten). Man kommt von hier aus also überall hin.;) Mit der S-Bahn fährt man 3 min. zum Hauptbahnhof (der schnellste Weg).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch in der Nähe. Dazu gehören ein ALDI, LIDL, Edeka und Rossmann.
Die Mitbewohner sind eine junge Frau, die gerade erst eingezogen ist und bald anfängt zu studieren sowie ein junger Mann. Beide sind freundliche, umgängliche Mitbewohner. Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich recht ruhig, man trifft sich ab und zu mal in der Küche...
