English version:
Your room is very spacious and has a large window front from which you can look into the front yard with a very beautiful tree and the bus stop in front of the house. In the room, there is a bed (140x200) including mattress and a large wardrobe, and a few smaller pieces of furniture that you can take over from your previous flatmate Lara for 300 €. From your room, you have access to our large balcony.
The apartment is located centrally between Poppelsdorf and Endenich. We have a bus stop in front of the house, during the day busses go every 10 minutes to the central station. The Poppelsdorfer Platz with EDEKA and Netto is just 10 minutes away by foot, in the other direction is an ALDI, a Netto, a Norma, and an organic supermarket also within walking distance. The Poppelsdorf campus with the mensa is about 5-10 minutes away.
Your future roommates are Amir (29 years old, doing his masters in physics) and Malin (26 years old, studying medicine).
Our flat share life is uncomplicated: we spend a lot of time during the week out of the home, but we still manage to spend time together on a regular basis, while cooking, having philosophical discussions in the kitchen or when we go jogging in good weather. We both like to do sports and sometimes train together in the apartment when the weather is bad. But just as important as the common ventures is to us that everyone has their freedom and can be for himself if he wants.
We want everyone in the shared flat to feel comfortable and this requires not only friendly interaction with each other but also a reasonable degree of order and cleanliness in the shared rooms. If you feel the same way, know how to use common cleaning devices and are ready to stick to our cleaning plan then we will get along well ;)
In case you don't speak german well there is no problem, since we mostly talk in english (since Amir is also a bit lazy to learn German :D).
We are looking forward to hear from you!
