Großes Zimmer mit Balkon in Bonn Endenich

Die Wohnung liegt in Bonn Endenich. Direkt vor unserer Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle, wo alle 10 Minuten ein Bus Richtung Innenstadt/Uni fährt. 100 meter weiter ist noch eine weitere Bushaltestelle, an der noch 2 weitere Linien halten. Verkehrstechnisch bist du also super angebunden, jede 5 Minuten könntest du einen Bus nehmen. Der Bus braucht 8 Minuten ins Zentrum, also kein langer Weg. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du ebenfalls an die 8 Minuten. Vor dem Haus gibt es Fahrradständer. Manche Mieter stellen ihr Fahrrad auch in das Untergeschoss, neben die Kellereingänge.
Wir liegen hier zwischen der Endenicher Str. und der Clemens August Str., wo es viele kleine Restaurants, Kaffees, Bars, Kioske, Blumenläden, die Post, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Netto, Edeka wären in 8 Minuten zu Fuß (Fahrrad 4 Minuten) erreichbar, Lidl und Aldi in 13 Minuten (Fahrrad 7 Minuten).
Ansonsten ist hinter dem Haus eine kleine Grünanlage.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Chris (25, deutsch - in der Ausbildung zum Pflegefachmann), der gerne Frisbee spielt, bouldern geht und Musik macht und Keti (24, georgisch - Master Wirtschaftswissenschaften), die gerne reist, schläft und Essen liebt.

Ansonsten haben wir auch einen Putzplan und eine Wg Kasse - ein paar Euros im Monat (davon haben wir die letzten Jahre z.B. einen Grill, Duschvorhang, Pfannen, Pflanzen für den Balkon, etc. gekauft).
In den 438€ sind die Miete, die Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, GEZ, Nebenkosten der Wohnung) und die WG Kasse enthalten.

The room is about 20m², on the South side of the building and therefore bright and sunny. It has a huge window and a balcony door from which you can enter our balcony. The room is not furnished.
Since everyone is using the balcony, it needs to be okay for you that your roommates are walking through your room every know and then (if u need your peace and quiet though you can just tell them and u will be left alone ;))
The flat is in Bonn Endenich. Infront of our building is a bus stop from where buses go regularily to the city center (every 10 minutes). 100m further along is another bus stop for two other lines. So in general every 5 minutes there is a bus coming. The bus takes 8 minutes to go the city center, the same time u need if u would take the bike. Infront of the building is also a place where to park ur bike.
The flat is located between the Endenicher Str. and the Clemens August Str. There are a lot of tiny restaurants, cafes, pubs, kiosks, flower shops, the post office and supermarkets. Netto and Edaka are a 8 minute walk away (4 minutes by bike), Lidl and Aldi are a 13 minute walk away (7 minute by bike).
Apart from that, there is also a green area behind the house.
Your roommates would be Chris (25, german - nurse apprenticeship) who likes Frisbee, bouldering and who does some music and Keti (24, georgian - Master in economics) who likes to travel, sleep and loves food.
We also do have a cleaning schedule and save every month a couple of euros in case we need to buy something for the flat (e.g. during the last years we bought a barbecue grill, a shower curtain, fryin pans, plants for the balcony etc.) Internet, electricity, GEZ, heating, and the money saved to buy some stuff etc. is included within the 438€.
