The available room is big and it has a big window facing a park, with a beautiful view of the trees.
The 300€ rent includes all utilities and a deposit of 645€ is payable before the start of the lease.
The WG is quite large and well equipped. The apartment consists of four rooms, a kitchen with balcony, pantry and dishwasher, a bathroom with window, shower, toilet, bathtub and washing machine. In addition, the WG has a dryer, freezer and refrigerator and an extra toilet. In this room, only a bed and chair are left for a small fee of 100€, which also covers the shared machines (fridge, washing machine, etc.).

A bus stop (Zellerstraße) with direct connection to the Poppelsdorf campus and with night bus service is right next to the front door. The subway stop Max-Löbner-Straße in the direction of Bonn city center or Bad Godesberg can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Bonn's government district is only 10 minutes away by bike. If necessary, there is good parking in front of the house.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral in Friesdorf. Dank dieser günstiger Lage findet man alles, was man braucht, um die Ecke: Edeka,Penny, Aldi, Netto oder den organischen Markt. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe Post, Apotheke, ein paar kleine Kneipen und natürlich das Schwimmbad Friesi.
Die Bushaltestelle Zellerstraße für die Verbindungen 631, 612 und 614 befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Mit der U-Bahn kann man ansonsten Richtung Bad Godesberg oder Stadtzentrum fahren, die entsprechende Haltestelle Max-Löbner-Straße ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt außerdem freie Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Your flatmates are male and female between the ages of 23 and 25. We all work or study in Bonn. We like to have a chat or play a board game once in a while in the kitchen or on the balcony. Our WG is very clean and we want to keep it that way. We are a social WG but it is also easy to find peace and quiet here.
Wir sind zwischen 23 und 25 Jahre alt. Da wir alle in der Wohnung entweder Studenten oder arbeitstätig sind, herrscht in der WG eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Ab und zu quatschen wir miteinander, oder wählen etwas aus unserer großen Kollektion von Brettspielen aus. Unsere WG is sehr sauber, und es ist uns wichtig, dass sie immer in einem guten Zustand bleibt. Wir respektieren uns und helfen uns gegenseitig, und legen großen Wert darauf, dass sich jeder in der WG wohl fühlt!
