Für das Zimmer wird ab Juni ein Nachmieter/Nachmieterin gesucht.
Das Zimmer ist frisch saniert, sehr hell, voll möbliert und mit Blick in's Grüne. Es gibt ein großes und unglaublich bequemes Boxspringbett, einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, ein Sessel und ein Schreibtisch. Genug Stauraum ist auf alle Fälle auch vorhanden :)
The room is newly renovated, very bright and with a view to the garden. There is a large and incredibly comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe, a shelf, an armchair and a desk. There is also enough storage space :)
Unsere Wg ist 3min zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn. Es sind 8min mit dem Rad zum Post-Tower, sowie 15min mit dem Rad zum Hauptbahnhof. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Kleidungsgeschäfte, Obi etc.) und auch der Rhein lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Wir sind eine internationale WG und alle drei berufstätig. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Tarek (31) und Diana (24). Tarek schreibt gerade an seiner Doktorarbeit in Zahnmedizin und Diana macht ein Praktikum bei der DHL. Absolutes Highlight der WG ist übrigens die kleine Terrasse mit Blick in den Gemeinschaftsgarten, wo wir immer wieder ein paar Sonnenminuten einfangen. Wir sind eine saubere, ordentliche WG und wünschen uns auch eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die sich auch an dem Putzplan beteiligen möchte.
We are an international flat share and all three of us work. Your future flatmates are Tarek (31) and Diana (24). Tarek is currently writing his doctoral thesis in dentistry and Diana is doing an internship at DHL. By the way, the absolute highlight of the shared flat is the small terrace with a shared garden, where we always catch a few minutes of sun. We are a clean, tidy flat-sharing community.
Wir suchen einen Nachmieter ab 01. Juni 2021. Die Mietdauer für das Zimmer ist flexibel, so wie du möchtest. Uns wäre es aber am liebsten, wenn du mind. 3 Monate bleiben würdest. Das Zimmer wird inklusive Möbel vermietet - allerdings gibt es eine Ablöse von 40€ für die neuen Rollos und den Spiegel (wurde von der jetzigen Mieterin angebracht).
Bitte schreibt uns nur, wenn ihr ab 01.06. einziehen möchtet.
The rental period for the room is flexible, as you wish. However, we would prefer you to stay for at least 3 months. The room is rented including furniture - however, there is a fee of 40€ for the new blinds and the mirror (installed by the current tenant).
