I am moving to another city and I am offering my fully furnished (wardrobe, bed, table & chair, carpet) dormitory room. It is perfect for students or interns. The kitchen is shared with 10 other people (all international students) - it is really big and kept clean. The washing machine is shared & located in the basement of the building. There is also a special room available where you can keep your bike (or you can lock it in front of the building as many people do).
In the price is also included internet & energies.

Gronau is a very beautiful & convenient area of Bonn: 7 minutes from Hbf with U-bahn and 15 minutes walking distance from Rheinau park. There is Rewe and Lidl approximately 8 minutes of walking distance. In case you are interested in museums, famous "Museumsmeile" is just around the corner :)
I am offering a single room in a dormitory. 6 people sharing the floor: The kitchen is shared with everybody, the toilets are divided between boys & girls (1 toilet for girls, 1 toilet for girls) - which makes it 3 people for each gender. It is very important that the common placed are kept clean and you are requested to follow the floor rules here.
The moving-in time is flexible, so we can still discuss about it. The first availability, however, is starting 3.5.2015. If you have any questions regarding the flat, please contact me via the contact formular, I will come back to you ASAP.
The visits will be arranged after our agreement - again, I am pretty flexible.
