I am renting out a single room in my apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor of a 3-storey house. The apartment has two 12m2 bed rooms, a big bathroom with a bath tub and laundry machine, a living room, a big kitchen, 2 small store rooms and a terrace.
The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, reading table with shelves and a drawer. Bed cover and sheets are available upon request. The room is available from 01/02/17. Very short or long stays are possible. I do not collect any Caution. You only have to be careful and not destroy anything
Schönes möbliertes Zimmer im drittegeschoss des Hauses sucht neuen Mitbewohner. Das zu viemietende Zimmer gehört zu eine 76m2 Wohnung. Das Zimmer is Möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Regal. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer (12m2) in gesamt, eine grosse Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Wohnzimmer, Küche und 2 Lägerraume die befindet sich im Dachterasse.
Ich suche jemand ab 1/02/17. Sehr kurze oder längere Aufenthalte sind möglich. Ich nehme keine Kaution. Sie müssen nur vorsichtig sein.
The house is located in the Heiderhof neighborhood, surrounded by a beautiful forest with nice paths that can be used for walking, jugging or riding. It takes 5 mins to walk to the bus stop Heiderhofring, 8 minutes to walk to Edeka and 7 mins to Bad Godesberg centre by bus. There is a good bus and tram connection to the UN Campus, Post Tower, GIZ, IRENA, Deutsche Welle, IUCN etc.
Die lage befindet sich in Heiderhof. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Fussminuten von der Bus haltestelle Heiderhofring 610, 611, welche alle 8 minuten fahren. Edeka ist in 8 Fussminuten erreichen, Bad Godesberg Zentrum 7 minuten erreichen mit Bus. Sehr gute Bus & Bahn verbindungen zu UN Campus, Post Tower, GIZ, IRENA, Deutsche Welle, IUCN etc.
I am a very flexible, friendly and uncomplicated person. The most important thing to me is order and cleanliness. I am also very understanding.
I love to cook but i do it mostly in the weekends. I am sure you will have a real nice time.
