We have a wonderful opportunity for you—a spacious and comfortable furnished room will be available from mid-August or at the beginning of September in our shared apartment. The room boasts a generous size of 19 sq.m and is located on the top floor of a renovated, old building.

Our apartment is a vibrant international community consisting of four roommates: two Germans, a Japanese, and Me, a Pakistani, but sadly, I have to move out due to a new job. The apartment is situated in the heart of Bonn, in a central and historically rich neighborhood that offers both safety and accessibility.

If you are an outdoor enthusiast, you'll be delighted to know that the apartment is ideally situated. To the west, you can embark on picturesque hikes over the Venusberg, providing breathtaking views (see photos). On the eastern side, a short walk will lead you to the Rhine River and the enchanting Rheinaue Park, steeped in history and natural beauty.

One of the highlights of our location is the proximity to the original factory of the renowned and delicious sweets, 'Haribo.' You'll occasionally catch whiffs of the enticing aroma of various candies and sweets wafting through the air.

Transportation is incredibly convenient, as the Bergstraße stop for tram lines 61 and 62 is just down the street. Additionally, two bus stops are located nearby, allowing for a swift 12-minute commute to Bonn Central Station. For those heading east toward the river, you can reach the UN Campus railway station within a mere 10 minutes, where various travel options across Germany await, including access to U-Bahn lines 16 and 66.

When it comes to daily necessities, you'll find a LIDL supermarket just 100 meters away. Furthermore, there are two REWE stores and one EDEKA within a kilometer radius. For additional convenience, the Kessenich center, a mere 400 meters away, offers a post office and various other shops.

Living in our shared apartment means embracing a friendly and welcoming environment. We enjoy socializing through activities like playing card games, cooking together, and going on hikes. While we aren't a full-fledged party-oriented community, we certainly believe in the importance of having fun. Should anyone need space for studying or work, we ensure they have the privacy they require.

It's worth mentioning that we have amiable neighbors residing in the apartments below, particularly the landlord's friendly family. Occasionally, we organize social events like movie nights in the garden, fostering a sense of community among us.

Cleanliness is highly valued within our shared living space, and we greatly appreciate everyone's effort in maintaining the cleanliness of our common areas. We are fortunate to have two toilets—one with a shower and the other with a bath—ensuring convenience for all residents.

The shared kitchen is equipped with nearly all the necessary devices and utensils, including a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and a spacious four-door refrigerator. Additionally, we have a shared storage space and a laundry room located in the cellar, where you'll find our own washing machine and dryer, making laundry days a breeze.

The rent is all-inclusive, including water, heating, electricity, and internet. You will have to pay a 300 euro caution amount that you will get back when you move out. Additionally, you will have to pay for the furniture in the room which includes:
