Da sich unsere WG auflöst und ein Mitbewohner schon früher auszieht, haben wir ein Zimmer für eine Monat frei. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße raus, ist jedoch sehr ruhig. Möbel können nicht übernommen werden und werden nicht gestellt. Evtl könnte ein Klappbett zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Due to splitting up our shared flat and one person leaving early we have one room for short term rent for one month on offer. The room is facing the streeet but itös still very quiet. The room is unfurnished but we might be able to offer a small cot.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Stadtteil Kessenich. Alle wichtigen Läden sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnlinien 61/62 sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is in the middle of Kessenich. Everything you need is just a short footwalk away. The tram lines 61/62 are around the corner with 2 minutes to walk.
Hier leben derzeit Dennis (30) und Julia (27). Dennis wird im Laufe des Mais schon Stück für Stück in seine neue Wohnung ziehen. Er arbeitet derzeit in einem Fahrradladen und ist viel auf Konzerten unterwegs. Julia hat gerade ihren Bachelor beendet und bereitet gerade ihren Umzug in eine andere Stadt vor. Julia ist Hauptmieterin der WG, der Vertrag wird mit ihr geschlossen.

Julia justfinished her bachelors degree and is preparing to move to another city. Julia is the main renter and your contract is going to be with her.
