Ich suche für meine WG im Kessenich, die ab dem 15.04 frei ist eine passende Nachmieterin. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer und eine kleine Küche mit Balkon. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß und voll möbliert (Bett, Bettwäsche, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Regal, u. Hantücher).
Die Wohnung ist kompletti mit allen Haushaltsgegenständen und Geräten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine im Keller, Backofen in der Küche etc. Kurz: Es ist alles da :)

Hey all,
I'm looking for a new tenant (preferably female) for my room in Kessenich. The room is available starting from 15 Apri. There are 3 rooms in the apartment, one small kitchen, and balcony. The room to be rent is around 12qm and is furnished (bed, table, chair, wardrobe, bed linen and towels etc.).
Super Verkehrsanbindung, 2 Min. zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn (Pützstr.) die tagsüber alle 6 Min. kommt, Richtung Innenstadt und Uni (Linie 61 & 62). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Min in der City oder in den Rheinauen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genug vorhanden und in 2 Min. zu erreichen (Supermarkt, Apotheken, Friseur, Cafes, Arzt etc...)..
Zum UN Campus, Deutsche Welle, Post Tower sind es zu Fuß ca. 14 Minuten.

The location is super good. You can get access to the tram station in 2 minutes by foot. The trams run regularly every 6 minutes on weekdays and take you directly to the city centre. You can also cycle to the downtown or Rheinauen within 10 minutes.
Very convenient. In the neighbourhood you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, cafe, barbershop etc., all of which are located in the walking distance of your apartment.
You can easily get to UN Campus, Deutsche Welle, Post Tower by foot in approx. 14 minutes.
Du wohnst mit Maria und Elena zusammen. Maria studiert Medizin an der Uni und am Wochenende fährt sie immer nach Hause (Bielefeld) und Elena arbeitet am Pflegeheim.
Maria will im August ausziehen, wenn sie das Studium fertig machen. Deswegen ist es möglich, das größtes Zimmer zu mieten.

You will be living with Maria and Elena. Maria studies Medicine in the University of Bonn and she is always out of town during the weekends cause she goes back to Bielefeld. Elena works in a nursing home. They are both easy-going and are very organised.
Maria will also move out in August after finishing her studies so you have the possibility to rent her room, which is the biggest room in the apartment and fully furnished.
