I will be moving out of my beautiful room in a shared flat in Kessenich.
The room is furnished (bed, closet, bedside table, curtains - which I would like to sell to whoever rents it), and has access to a lovely balcony. The pictures of the room are quite messy because I've already packed up my stuff :)
The shared floor includes a large (fully equipped) kitchen, large living room, large dining room, laundry room, and balcony.
Rent is 440 euros plus 10 euros for internet and cable. Deposit is 800 euros, and can be divided into 2 payments.
I will officially be leaving on the first of October, but if you need the room earlier we could negotiate the move in date :)

The flat is a 3-minute walk to a tram station, and 10 minutes by tram to the centre. The street has nice restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and basically anything you might need.
The (4-floor) flat is shared with 6 other people (3 women, 3 men - all young professionals or graduate students).
Flatmates are German, Austrian, and Spanish. WG life can be both lively and quiet depending on your preferences!
