I am a PhD student, currently living in a shared apartment (WG). I am going to UK for
two and half months and want to sublet my room for this period. The room is furnished with a total area of 14 m^2. Rent for the total period will be months 300 x 2 = 600 Euros.

The city center is easy to reach by public transport within 20 Minutes. Several bus stations as
well as a railroad station are close to the flat. Shops are close by as well (Edeka 4 min,
Lidl/Aldi/Hit 13min, Netto 7min walking distance). If needed we have 4 parking-lots. All in all it is
a very calm neighborhood. The Rhein is close to the flat so you can easily go for jogging.
We are four people sharing the place, two boys and two girls, and all of us are students.
We live in a big house with plenty of space. There are 2 toilets (one with a shower), a kitchen, 2
living rooms, a laundry room and a small common room to keep the stuff we don’t use on a daily
basis. A cleaner cleans the common rooms every week. No extra fee for that.
