Da ich von 12. April bis 30. Mai nach Kolumbien in Urlaub fliege, möchte ich mein Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum untermieten.
Das Zimmer liegt im 3. OG eines Altbaus, in dem insgesamt vier 2-er WGs wohnen.
Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und verfügt über 2 große Fenster, sodass man immer ausreichend Licht hat, besonders am Abend.
Aufgrund der hohen Decken, wurde ein Hochbett eingebaut, sodass die gesamte Fläche als Wohnfläche genutzt werden kann und du viel Spielraum für eine gemütliche Einrichtung hast. Das Zimmer hat auch einen Schreibtisch und einen großen Schrank, in dem ich für dich Platz lassen würde.
Neben dem Zimmer ist auch die WG-Küche immer ein gemütlicher Ort zum kochen oder Freunde treffen gewesen. Hier findest du einen großen Tisch, ein kleines Sofa und ausreichen Platz für den ein oder anderen Spieleabend oder Kochabend :) In den Regalen kannst du dein Essen verstauen und du findest dort eine gute Grundausstattung zum kochen.
Das Badezimmer hat ein großes Waschbecken, eine Badewanne und eine Toilette. In einem der Regalfächer wirst du genug Platz für deine Handtücher/Drogerieartikel haben.
Im Keller findest du eine Waschküche mit der Waschmaschine.

Since I'll be flying to Colombia for vacation from April 12th until May 31st, I'd like to sublet my room for that period.
The room is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, where a total of four 2-person flats are situated. It's square-shaped and features 2 large windows, ensuring ample light, especially in the evenings. Due to the high ceilings, a loft bed has been installed, allowing the entire floor space to be utilized as living space, providing you with plenty of room for a cozy setup. The room also includes a desk and a large wardrobe, which I'd make space for you in.
In addition to the room, the communal kitchen in the apartment has always been a cozy place to cook or hang out with friends. Here, you'll find a large table, a small sofa, and plenty of space for a game night or cooking session :) The shelves provide storage space for your food, and you'll find a good basic set of cooking utensils.
The bathroom features a large sink, a bathtub, and a toilet. One of the shelf compartments will provide you with enough space for your towels/toiletries.
In the basement, you'll find a laundry room with a washing machine.
Die WG liegt in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße neben der Victoriabrücke. Die Station Bonn-West ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig in 10-12 min erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Edeka, Netto, Aldi/Lidl alle in 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Nicht weit weg ist das Frankenbad, die Altstadt und auch der Friedensplatz/Fußgängerzone sind mit dem Fahrrad in unter 5 min zu erreichen.

The flatshare is located in a small, quiet side street next to the Victoria Bridge. Bonn-West station is a 4-minute walk away, and the main train station can be reached on foot in 10-12 minutes.
Shopping facilities such as Edeka, Netto, Aldi, and Lidl are all within a 5-10 minute walk. The Frankenbad, the old town, and the Peace Square/pedestrian zone are also nearby and can be reached by bicycle in under 5 minutes.
Du wirst zusammen mit Sarah (21) in der WG wohnen.
Sarah kommt aus Mainz, studiert Geographie und arbeitet nebenbei in Pie me (ein sehr leckeren Kaffeeladen). Sie treibt auch Handball und manchmal kannst du auch hören, dass sie Ukulele oder Gitarre spielt. Sie ist offen für Gespräch in der Küche oder für etwas unternehmen.
Unser WG Leben ist immer entspannt und vertraut, also uberhaupt nicht eine Zweck-WG. Aber jeder hat seinen Raum, doch man hilft sich gegenseitig und ist jeder ist immer willkommen bei uns. Da es eine 2-er WG ist und man relativ eng wohnt, ist es uns immer besonders wichtig, dass man offen kommunizieren kann und auch gemeinsam Kompromisse schließt, falls etwas nicht passt.

You will be living in the flatshare with Sarah (21).
Sarah is from Mainz, studying Geography, and also works at Pie me (a very tasty coffee shop). She also plays handball and sometimes you might hear her playing the ukulele or guitar. She is open to conversations in the kitchen or doing activities together.
Our flatshare life is always relaxed and familiar, so it's not at all like a purpose-driven flatshare. Everyone has their own space, but we help each other out and everyone is always welcome here. Since it's a 2-person flatshare and we live relatively closely, it's especially important to us that we can communicate openly and also make compromises together if something doesn't fit.
Der angegebene Preis setzt sich grob wie folgt zusammen:
- 295 Euro Kaltmiete + Wasser
- 95 Euro Strom + Gas + Internet
Insgesamt solltest du also mit 247 € für April und 390 € für Mai rechnen. Hinzu kommt eine Kaution von 100 €, die ich zurückgeben werde, wenn ich aus Kolumbien zurückkomme.

- 295 euros for the rent including water
- 95 euros for electricity, gas, and internet
Therefore, you should expect to pay around 247 € for April and 390 € for May. Additionally, there is a security deposit of 100 €, which I will refund upon my return from Colombia.
