Hello, My room at Tannenbusch student residence is available for rent from 30th t December 2018 to 30th January 2019. T. It is very close to a shopping center. It is very well connected to the city center of Bonn by public transport. The bus stop is within 2 minute walking distance and subway (ubahn) is just in 3 minute walking distance.
The room is fully equipped with furniture and of course high speed Internet. As I live in here, my furniture will be in the room that you can use. That includes, refrigerators, cooking utensils and so on. Of course I will make empty and clean some places so that you can put your stuffs.
Including utility cost total room rent is 280 Euro. An additional 200 euro has to be paid as a caution money. You will get back the caution money at the end of your stay, if all belongings in the room remains as they were provided to you. 1st month Room rent and caution money should be payed in advance (total 480 euro).
Location
The student residence Tannenbusch II is located in the district of Tannenbusch close to the Tannenbusch shopping center. It is very well connected to the city center of Bonn by public transport (Bus and tram and just 10 minute driving distance to Bonn Hbf. The subway is at just 3 minute walking distance.
Flatshare Type
All the neighbors are nice, friendly and helpful. They maintain the shared kitchen and bathroom really clean. You will feel it like home. You just need be clean and cooperative when using the kitchen and bathroom. You should also clean the room regularly and take care of all the furniture.
