Wir sind neugierig, offen und unternehmungslustig und hoffen auf Gleichgesinnte!
Das Haus ist frisch saniert, und wir sind selbst 2021 erst eingezogen. In dem Garten gibt es inzwischen ein Hügelbeet mit frischen Kräutern. Wir leben auf drei Etagen. Das Zimmer, das zu vergeben sind, ist auf der 2. Etage. Das 19qm-Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich und kostet 550€ warm (mit sämtlichen Nebenkosten: Strom, Heizung, Internet, GEZ).
Es gibt ein größeres Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und im EG eine weitere Toilette. Die Wohnküche schließt direkt an die Terrasse zum Garten an.
Die Gemeinschaft: Wir sind Nina (Psychologin), Konrad (Studienberater), Elian (knapp anderthalb Jahre) und Vivek (27) und suchen aktuell eine Mitbewohnerin. Da das Haus groß ist und das Zimmer auf der 2. Etage liegt, ist für genügend Ruhe gesorgt.
Wir sind in unserer Freizeit recht aktiv und freuen uns auf offene, neugierige und lebenslustige Menschen, die Lust auf Austausch und vielleicht auch auf den Garten haben.
Starting from August we are looking for a person to make a house a home. We are curious, open and adventurous and hope for like-minded people!
The house: Quietly located in Plittersdorf is our freshly renovated place :) Besides a garden, that offers fresh herbs, we live on three floors. On the second floor there are 2 rooms, the bigger one (19sqm) is for rent. There is a toilet downstairs and a larger bathroom with shower and bathtub on the first. Downstairs in the kitchen can be cooked; the room connects directly to the terrace to the garden.
The community: We are Nina (psychologist), Konrad (Asian scientist) and Elian (1,5 years old) and we are looking for 2 flatmates.
We don't want to just live in this house, we want to create a home, which is why common values are important to us. Openness, curiosity and love of life are a good basis for togetherness, a sense of sustainability, order and cleanliness facilitate living together. Regarding Corona, we take this matter seriously and expect you doing the same, so a booster vaccination would be considered obligatory.
Die Umgebung: Rhein und der ÖPNV sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und die Rheinaue ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Lage ist ruhig, wir befinden uns in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mit viel Grün und wenig Verkehr.
Garten und Terrasse sind von Nachbarn nicht einsehbar.
The surroundings: It is only a few minutes walk to the Rheinaue and the Rhine. Rewe, Aldi and Edeka are also very easy to reach, the Bus 611 leaves 150 meters further. The location is very quiet, we are in a small side street with a lot of green, little traffic and a lot of peace.
Garden and terrace are not visible from neighbors.

Wir können gerne zunächst einen Videocall machen um uns kennenzulernen und uns dann vor Ort treffen.
Ggf. ist auch eine Zwischenmiete und Teilmöblierung möglich.
