Gemeinschaftssuchende aufgepasst: Ab Juni gründen wir eine neue WG in einem Haus und aktuell sind noch zwei Zimmer frei (Größe 14 und 19qm). Wir sind neugierig, offen und unternehmungslustig und hoffen auf Gleichgesinnte. :-)
Das Haus ist frisch saniert und wir sind selbst gerade erst eingezogen, deswegen ist das Haus auf den Bildern noch leer. Neben einem Garten, den wir zusammen begrünen wollen, leben wir auf drei Etagen. Die beiden Zimmer sind in der 2. Etage. Das 14qm-Zimmer verfügt über den Luxus eines eigenen Bades im Nebenraum (Toilette und Waschbecken) und kostet 440€ warm, das 19qm-Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich und kostet 540€ warm. Es gibt ein größeres Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und im EG eine weitere Toilette. Unten in der Küche kann zusammen gekocht werden; der Raum schließt direkt an die Terrasse zum Garten an.
Die Gemeinschaft: Wir sind Nina (Psychologin) und Konrad (Asienwissenschaftler).
Wir sind beide in unserer Freizeit recht aktiv - besonders außerhalb von Pandemiezeiten. :-)
Wir freuen uns auf offene, neugierige und lebenslustige Menschen, die Lust auf Austausch und gemeinsames Zeitverbringen haben.
Starting in June, we are looking for two people to make a house a home (moving in later is possible). We are curious, open-minded and adventurous and hope for like-minded people!
The house: Quietly located in Plittersdorf is our freshly renovated place :) Besides a garden, which we want to green together, we live on three floors. On the second floor there are 2 rooms for rent. The 14sqm room has the luxury of its own bathroom and goes out to the garden. There is a toilet on each floor, and a larger bathroom with shower and bathtub on the first. Downstairs in the kitchen can be cooked together; the room connects directly to the terrace to the garden.
The community: We are Nina (psychologist) and Konrad (Asian scientist).
We don't want to just live in this house, we want to create a home, which is why common values are very important to us. Openness, curiosity and love of life are a good basis for togetherness, a sense of sustainability, order and cleanliness facilitate living together.
Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung. Der Rhein und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fussläufig zu erreichen, die Rheinaue ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Lage ist ruhig, wir befinden uns in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mit viel Grün und wenig Verkehr.
Garten und Terrasse sind von Nachbarn nicht einsehbar.
The surroundings: It is only a few minutes walk to the Rheinaue and the Rhine. Rewe, Aldi and Edeka are also very easy to reach, the 611 leaves 150 meters further. The location is very quiet, we are in a small side street with a lot of green, little traffic and a lot of peace.
Garden and terrace are not visible from neighbors.
Wir wollen nicht nur einfach in diesem Haus wohnen, sondern ein Heim schaffen, weswegen uns gemeinsame Werte sehr wichtig sind. Offenheit, Neugier und Lebenslust sind eine gute Basis für ein Miteinander, ein Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit erleichtern das gemeinsame Wohnen.
Das Haus bietet aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Etagen auch genügend Raum zum Rückzug.
