The room is furnished, spacious and you will have high speed internet with central heating and well connected to city center within 6 mins by bus. It is very cheap as compared to other private housing around the city. Moreover, you don't have to worry about any other things, like electricity bill, water etc.
The flat is in Kirschalle 9, in Popelsdorf. It is in the residential area with a nice neighborhood. There are two supermarket jsut in 2 min walking distaces. Very well connection with city center by couple of bus lines. It will only take 6 mins to go to the city center by bus.
You will have fantastic and friendly neighbours. There is two girls and one guy currently staying in other rooms. They are very quite and friendly, so no chance of any bad incidences. You will get your own room, you just have to share the kitchen and toilet with these three person.
There is no hidden cost, just have to pay the original rent what I am paying for the room. The room will be available till the end of this year, and you can extend if you want to stay more. call me if you are interested or mail me at . Cheers
