Ich ziehe aus meinem geliebten 24qm Zimmer aus. Das helle Zimmer ist möbliert zu erhalten: ein großes IKEA Bett mit einer Matratze, ein Schrank und ein Bücherregal.
Im Sommer ist es zudem angenehm kühl, da die Sonne erst am Abend reinscheint.
Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einer Küche, einem Badezimmer, 2 Zimmern (pro WG Bewohner ein Zimmer).
Das Zimmer ist für Studententinnen) ebenso geeignet wie für Berufstätige.

I am about to move out from my beloved 24sqm room. This bright room is furnished with: a large IKEA bed with a mattress, a wardrobe and a bookshelf.
In summers it is also pleasantly cool, cause the sun shines inside in the evening.
The apartment itself consists of a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 per roommate).
The apartment-community is equally suitable for working professionals as for Students.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ungefähr 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. 1 Minute vom Haus befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle.
Die Bars der Poppelsdorfer Party-Meile (Clemens-August-Str.) sind ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Alnatura, Edeka, DM und Bäckereien).
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

The apartment is located about 10 minutes' walk from Central Station. 1 minutes from the house is a bus stop.
Bars (in Clemens-August-Str.) are about 10 minutes away. Nearby there is also plenty of shopping (Rewe, Alnatura, Edeka, DM and bakeries).
Despite its central location the apartment is very quiet.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Kaja. Sie studiert Archäologie. Kaja ist sehr nett und ruhig.Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt.
