Alexandra, Magali and I (Marcus) are looking for a new roommate as our Guadalupan friend Gregory is going back home.
We are offering a very spacious, clean and bright room with two big windows, in a beautiful Altbau conveniently situated in Poppelsdorf.
The apartment is very close to the central train station (4 min walk) and there is a bus station right in front of the building.You're also close to bakeries, cafes, grocery stores and the charming park of the botanical garden, as well as minutes away from Bonn City centre.
We are looking for a fun, easy-going roommate who is respectful and clean. Ideally, someone who is looking for the longer term (at least one year).
About our WG life: We're 3 very friendly and uncomplicated people. Alexandra (30) is French and works as a School teacher, Magali (33) is from Canada and works for the University and Marcus (36) is a German lawyer. Although our schedules don't always coincide, we love to chat about our day around the kitchen table, or to make food together or eat out occasionally. We're all cinema lovers and Marcus and Magali love to go on a hike on weekends.

Hallo!
Alexandra, Magali und Ich (Marcus) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin (im folgenden wird ein Geschlecht für beide benutzt) da unser Mitbewohner Gregory wieder nach Hause (Guadalupe) zurück geht.
Wir bieten ein sehr geräumiges, sauberes und helles Zimmer mit zwei großen Fenstern, in einem schönen Altbau gut gelegen in Poppelsdorf.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof (4 min zu Fuß) und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. In der Nähe gibt es Bäckereien, Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und den charmanten Park des botanischen Gartens, und es sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Zentrum Bonn City.
Wir suchen nach einem freundlichen, easy-going Mitbewohner, respektvoll und sauber. Idealerweise jemand, der etwas für länger sucht (mindestens ein Jahr).
Über unser WG Leben: Wir sind alle drei sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alexandra (30), französisch, arbeitet als Lehrerin, Magali (33), kanadisch, arbeitet für die Universität und lebt mit Marcus (36), deutscher Jurist, zusammen. Obwohl unsere Tagesabläufe nicht immer übereinstimmen, sitzen wir manchmal um den Küchentisch um über unseren Tag zu chatten, oder kochen und essen gelegentlich zusammen. Wir sind alle Kinoliebhaber und Marcus und Magali gehen gerne wandern am Wochenende, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt.
