Hallo liebe Studenten und Nicht-Studenten,
Wir, Djamila (Biologiestudentin, 24) und Alina (Biologiestudentin, 21) suchen eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in, da Stefan uns leider aus unserer schönen WG verlässt. Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Gemeinsame Unternehmungen sind bei uns immer willkommen

Unsere WG liegt im Zentrum von Poppelsdorf, in der Clemens August Straße 81, von wo die Bushaltestelle „Poppelsdorfer Platz“, zahlreiche Bars und Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Zm Bonner Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem Bus nur wenige (5) Minuten. Der Poppelsdorfer Campus ist auch in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15m² groß, hat Teppichboden und ein Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer schön hell wirkt. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Die Miete beträgt 250 Euro + 47 Euro Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt 400 Euro. Das Zimmer ist ab 01.08.2016 einzugsbereit.
