Wir, Alexandra und Amr, suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin da unsere Mitbewohnerin ging in eine neue Stadt zu leben.
Wir bieten ein sehr geräumiges, sauberes und helles Zimmer (ca. 18m²) mit zwei großen Fenstern, in einem schönen Altbau gut gelegen in Poppelsdorf. Das Zimmer ist möbliert zu haben. Dazu gehört: ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl, Kleiderschrank, IKEA Sessel, großes schwarzes IKEA Wandbord und Vorhänge. Es ist auch möglich, das Zimmer ohne Möbel zu haben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof (5 min zu Fuß) und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. In der Nähe gibt es Bäckereien, Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und den charmanten Park des botanischen Gartens, und es sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Zentrum Bonn City.
Die Wohnung hat ansonsten alles was man braucht: Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, alles im Bad und komplette Kücheneinrichtung und –Utensilien (siehe Bilder).
Wir würden für die Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Wohnung als auch im Zimmer insgesamt 200 € nehmen.
Wir suchen nach einem freundlichen, umgänglichen Mitbewohner, der respektvoll und sauber ist.
Über unser WG Leben: Alexandra (33), französisch, arbeitet als Grundschullehrerin und Amr (28) ist aus Ägypten, kocht gerne und arbeitet für eine Internationale Organisation im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien. Obwohl Tagesabläufe nicht immer übereinstimmen, sitzt man manchmal um den Küchentisch über den Tag zu chatten, zusammen essen...

Hi!
We, Alexandra and Amr, are looking for a new flatmate as our actual flatmate is moving to a new city.
The room is a very spacious (ca. 18sqm), clean and bright with two big windows, in a beautiful old building conveniently situated in Poppelsdorf. The room is furnished with a bed, desk and chair, closet, a big black IKEA shelf and curtains. It is also possible to have the room without the furnitures.
The apartment is very close to the central train station (5 min walk) and there is a bus station right in front of the building. You're also close to bakeries, cafes, grocery stores and the charming park of the botanical garden, as well as minutes away from Bonn City centre.
The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and is equipped with all the kitchen stuff necessary. We would ask the new person for a 200 € payment for all appliances and furniture in the room and apartment all together (see pictures).
We are also looking for a friendly, easy-going roommate who is respectful and clean.
About the WG life: Alexandra (33) is French and works as a primary school teacher and Amr (28) is from Egypt and is working for an international organisation in the renewable energy sector. Although schedules don't always coincide, chatting about the day around the kitchen table, or eating together is always welcomed but not insisted.
