Da unser Mitbewohner ausgezogen ist, möchten wir seine zwei kleinen Zimmer gerne untervermieten (zusammen ca. 18qm). Die Miete von 439 Euro enthält sämtliche Nebenkosten + Internet!

Wir haben auf insgesamt 3 Etagen eine Gästetoilette, ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, bei uns kommt es also nicht zu Gedränge.
Du kannst selbstverständlich sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine, und Waschmaschine mit nutzen.

Our house has 3 floors and we have a guest toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a bathroom with a shower, so you'll always find a free one.
Of course you can use our kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.
Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca 20-30 Minuten oder mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt gegenüber gibt es aber auch Bushaltestellen, die gut angebunden sind. Ansonsten findet man in der Nachbarschaft auch Parkplätze, falls Du ein Auto mitbringst.
Zum Uniklinikum kommt man von uns aus auch schnell mit dem Fahrrad (ca. 20 Minuten) oder Bus (ca. 10 Minuten).

The city centre is within walking distance (about 20-30 minutes) or can be reached by bicycle (about 10 minutes). Directly opposite, there are bus stops connected to the city centre as well as to the university hospital. If you bring a car, you will also find parking spaces around the neighbourhood.
Wir wohnen im schönen Poppelsdorf und haben das ganze Haus für uns - mit Terasse und Garten. Unsere Wohnküche lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen ein und unsere WG ist sehr entspannt-familiär.
Kurz zu uns:
Caro (26) arbeitet in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und macht nebenbei eine Ausbildung zur Yogalehrerin
Anni (29) arbeitet als Kinderärztin am Klinikum und strikt fleißig Socken
Jule (24) studiert Agrarwissenschaften und hat ein Händchen für alle Zimmer- und Gartenpflanzen
Mona (28) arbeitet als Projektmanagerin am Klinikum und backt manchmal für uns.
Wenn wir nicht gerade arbeiten oder lernen, sitzen wir häufig zusammen in der Küche und essen, quatschen, etc. oder verbringen die Abende mit Spielen oder gemütlichen Filmsessions. Es ist aber auch immer okay, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte.

We live in beautiful Poppelsdorf and have a cute little house to ourselves - including terrace and garden. Our combined kitchen/living room is perfect for a cosy get-together.
We are:
Caro (26) works in an international NGO and is currently getting licensed as yoga teacher, Anni (29) works as a paediatrician at the university clinic, Jule (24) is studying agricultural sciences, and Mona (28) works as a projectmanager at the university clinic. When we're not working, we often sit together in the kitchen eating, chatting, etc., have game- or movie nights. But there's also enough room to have some alone-time.
We would be happy to tell you more about us and our flat sharing life in person or via Skype.
