Das Zimmer ist 23 qm groß, hat einen Holzboden, ein großes Fenster und einen Balkon mit Blick auf einen ruhigen Garten. Es kann mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, einem Sessel und einem Bett eingerichtet werden. (Das Bild stammt vom Vormieter, und die Einrichtung des Zimmers sieht mit dem jetzigen Mitbewohner ganz anders aus. Es bezieht sich daher nur auf die Raumstruktur.)
Die schöne Gemeinschaftsküche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank und allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Badezimmer (mit Fenster) ist mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.
The room is 23 qm big with wooden floor, large window and a balcony facing a quiet garden. It could be furnished with a desk, a chair, a lounge chair and a bed. (The picture was from the previous tenant and the arrangement of the room looks quite different now with the current flatmate. Therefore, it refers only to the structure of the room.)
The lovely shared kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom (with a window) is equipped with bath and shower. There is also a washing machine.
Die Wohnung ist etwa fünf Minuten vom Poppelsdorfer Platz entfernt, wo sich verschiedene Bars, Restaurants und Cafés aber auch Bäckereien, Geschäfte und Supermärkte etc. befinden. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten lässt sich von dort auch die Innenstadt und der Hauptbahnhof via Bus erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt deshalb sehr praktisch aber auch Aktiv durch Nähe zur Uni und durch die Anwesenheit von vielen jüngeren Menschen. Was noch dazukommt, ist die stille Lage der Wohnung welche Entspannung nach der Uni bzw. Arbeit ermöglicht.
The flat is 4/5 minutes walk to Poppelsdorf Platz, where you can find various restaurants, bars, Cafe, bakeries, stores, supermarkets, bio store and so on. With 5 mins by bus, you can then reach the city center & the main station. Life is super convenient and very active with many young people living in the neighborhood. What's better is that the flat itself is located in a super quiet surrounding where you can always enjoy some peace after work or school.
Du wirst mit Nikolai zusammenleben. Er ist ein Medizinstudent, super nett und sportlich. Das Leben hier in der Wohnung ist sehr flexibel und gemütlich. Wir haben die Zeit des Zusammenlebens sehr genossen und ziehen jetzt aus beruflichen Gründen in eine andere Stadt, mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge zugleich.
You are going to live together with Nikolai. He is a medicine student, super nice and athletic. Life here in the flat is very flexible and comfortable. We really enjoyed the time living together, and are now moving to another city for job reasons, with one eye smiling while the other crying at the same time.
