Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht leider berufsbedingt im Oktober aus (zum 15.10. oder später). Daher wird in unserer Dreier-WG ein Zimmer frei – deine Chance! :) Aber leider nur, wenn du studierst oder dich in einer Ausbildung o.ä. befindest (Vorgabe der Vermieterin).
Das ZImmer hat MOrgensonne und ist zu einer ruhigen, schönen Straße hin ausgerichtet.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es in der Wohnung einen kleinen Flur, Bad mit Wanne, Wohnküche und Balkon.
Außerdem gibt es ein Zimmer im Hausflur, das mit zur Wohnung gehört (da wohnt Finn :)).
Die WG liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage im 2.Stock eines Mehrparteienhauses. Über uns sind der Dachboden und die Sterne, unter uns steht zur Zeit frei. Es ist also eher ruhig hier.
Wenige Dinge können auch bei Bedarf und nach Absprache im Keller oder auf dem Dachboden abgelegt werden.

Our roommate is moving out because of her job situation in October (Oct 15th or later). Therefore we have a new free room in our home - your chance! :) Sadly only, though, if you are a student, apprentice or trainee (specification by the landlady).
The room has sun in the morning and it positioned towards a quiet, pretty street.
The apartment is on the second level of a house with several parties. Above us are only the roof and the stars, below us is currently empty. Which means it's relatively quiet.
The apartment has a kitchen, washing machine, balcony, bath with a tube, Yannis' room and the free room. There is also another room belonging to the apartment which is accessed through the staircase of the house (that's where Finn lives :)).
A few things can be negotiated to be stored in the attic or the basement if needed.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze des Musikerviertels kurz vor Endenich. Im Prinzip um die Ecke vom Baumarkt (ehemals Knauber). Daher findest du direkt vor Ort auch z.B. DM, eine Apotheke, Edeka und weitere Discounter. Auch zu drei Bioläden ist es zu Fuß nicht weit und mit dem Fahrrad ein Katzensprung.

The apartment is situated at the edge between the "Musikerviertel" (musicians' corner) and Endenich. It's around the corner of a hardwarestore (used to be Knauber) and several other stores, including DM, Edeka and a drug store. There are also three stores for organic food in the neighborhood. Easily accessible via foot and bike in a few minutes.

schön, dass du dich für unsere WG interessierst. Wir heißen Yannis und Finn (siehe unten) und würden uns freuen dich kennenzulernen. Wichtig ist uns, dass wir keine reine Zweck-WG sind und uns gut verstehen und auch mal was zusammen unternehmen (z.B. Spieleabend, Demo, Party, …). Hier mehr Infos zu uns:
Yannis studiert Medizin im 8. Semester, spielt gerne Gitarre und interessiert sich Politik, Musik und Natur. Er ist aufgeschlossen und viel mit Freunden unterwegs.
Finn hat Geschlechterforschung und Religionswissenschaft studiert und arbeitet momentan in der offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit. Finns Interessen sind unter anderem Klimaschutz, Nachhaltigkeit und Psychologie. Finn ist Teil der queeren Community und freut sich auf ein buntes, gemeinsames Miteinander.

Yannis studies medicine (8th term), plays guitar and is interested in politics, music and nature. He is open-minded and likes to go out with his friends.
Finn studied Gender Studies and Comparative Religion(s) and is now working in social youth work. Finn is interested in climate justice, sustainability and psychology. Finn is part of the queer community and enjoys living with people from all walks of life.
