Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem großen Haus welches aus zwei Altbauten besteht. Es ist sehr Lichtdurchflutet und seine hohen Decken macht es sehr groß! Die abgebildete Kommode und das Bett bleiben im Zimmer (150 EUR), gerne kann anfangs der Schrank und die Schlafcouch im Zimmer bleiben.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine Wohnküche, sowie ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.07.2016 frei. Der Einzug kann zum beliebigen Zeitpunkt zwischen 1.7 und 1.9. 2016 erfolgen.
The room is located in a large city-villa. It is very light-flooded and high ceilings making it very big! The dresser and the bed remain in the room (150 EUR), the wardrobe and sofa could stay in the room for the first time if needed.
The apartment has a kitchen, and a large bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. The room ist free from 1.7.2016. Move-in could be done on any day between 1.07 and 1.09.2016
Die Bahnstation "Museum König" ist nur 3 min entfernt und von dort aus erreicht man innerhalb von 5 min den Hauptbahnhof / Innenstadt. Noch weniger dauert es zum Juridicum oder dem Hauptgebäude der Uni. Auch eine Busstation befindet sich in der Nähe (Bus 610 und 611). Der Rhein ist 800 m entfernt.
Netto und REWE sind fußläufig zu erreichen, jedoch fahren wir auch gern mal zusammen..
The subway station "Museum König" is only 3 minutes away and from there you can reach within 5 minutes the main station / city center. Juridicum and University are also close to the house. The busstop is 3 min away (Bus 610 and 611). The Rhine is 800m away.
Grocery Netto and REWE are within walking distance, we do also shopping sometimes by car alltogethet.
Wir sind eine gemischte 5er WG, in einem gemischten WG - Haus (20 Leuten), mit Studenten und Berufstätigen. Wir machen gerne was zusammen, wie Filme schauen, im eigenen Garten Grillen oder Tischtennis spielen. Zudem feiern wir auch gemeinsame Wg-Partys.
We are the mixed 5er WG, in a mixed WG - House (20 people), with students and professionals. We like to do something together, such as watching movies, playing in your backyard barbecue or table tennis. We also celebrate common Wg parties.
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1. April übernommen werden GERNE ABER AUCH ZUM 1. MAI !!!!!!! Oder dazwischen.
Zudem: Wir haben einen Hamster, sie lebt in der Küche und hat Anti-Allergiker Stroh und Heu. Bei starker Allergie könnte es zu Problemen kommen, die bitte von Anfang an selbst eingeschätzt werden müssen.
