DEUTSCH: Ich (Elias) ziehe zum 20. September aus meinen wunderschönen, kleinen und gemütlichen WG Zimmer aus. Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 7-8 Quadratmeter. Das hört sich sehr klein an, aber es handelt sich wohl um das am besten geschnittenste kleine Zimmer der Welt. Es passt alles rein, was man so zum leben braucht. Der Preis der bei Kaltmiete angegeben ist, umfasst alle Nebenkosten inklusive Strom, Internet, Telefon und GEZ. Das Zimmer hat ein schönes großes Fenster mit Ausblick zum genießen. Das Zimmer kann möbliert übernommen werden: das Sofa, der eingebaute Schreibtisch, die Doppelmatratze auf dem Hochbett, die Deckenlampe und der Kleiderschrank sind WG Inventar und können kostenlos übernommen werden, wenn gewünscht.
ENGLISH: I'm (Elias) moving out on 20th of September and my small, cosy room is ready for its next tenant. The room has about 7-8 square meters. That sounds very small, but it is probably the best cut small room in the world. The price indicated for a cold rent includes all ancillary costs including electricity, internet, telephone and GEZ. The room has a nice large window with a view to enjoy. The room can stay furnished, the sofa, the built-in desk, the double mattress on the high bed, the ceiling lamp and the wardrobe are WG inventory and can be taken over free of charge if you wish..
DEUTSCH: Das Haus liegt in der wunderschönen Südstadt, die bekannt ist für ihre vielen Cafés und Bars. Man braucht ca. 2 min bis zum Edeka/Rewe/Netto und 3 min bis zur Bus- oder Tramhaltestelle. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen, die Uni in ca.10 min.
ENGLISH: The house is located in the beautiful "Südstadt", which is famous for its many cafes and bars. It takes about 2 minutes to the next supermarket (Edeka/Rewe) and 3 minutes to the bus or tram stop. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes by foot, the university in approx. 10-15 minutes.
DEUTSCH: Im Moment leben in der WG 1 Mann und 3 Frauen zwischen 24 und 28. Wir studieren und arbeiten. Wenn du bei uns einziehen möchtest, solltest du auf jeden Fall English sprechen können, da wir eine internationale WG sind. Wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen und kochen, spielen oder trinken ein Bier. Wir freuen uns über offene, humorvolle Menschen, die trotzdem ab und zu putzen.
ENGLISH: Right now there are 1 men and 3 women living in the flat, from 24 to 28 yo (from Germany, Turkey and South-Korea). Some are students, and others are working. We would like to meet someone who is clean, open-minded and has a good sense of humor to become our new flatmate. We like to spend time together, having a drink, cooking, and talking non-sense.
