The apartment is on the first floor.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom all connected by a corridor.
The bathroom and the kitchen are fully furnished.
There is a basement that can be used for bike storage and as an extra laundry room.
The room has a high ceiling, with floorboards. There is plenty of light coming from a large triple-glass window. The room does not face Reuterstrasse but a quiet enclosed garden area, hence it is isolated from noises for the whole day and night.
The room is fully furnished but most of the furniture belongs to the previous tenant (Pier) and is entirely for sale.
The price of the furniture is at the BOTTOM of this section.
The rent does not include bills. The utility cost includes gas, internet, and the Rundfunkbeitrag.
Once you move in, the landlord requires 200 € for the maintenance of the kitchen and the bathroom.

The apartment is on the border between Südstadt and Kessenich. The closest tram station is 1 min walking (Rittershausstr., tram 61 and 62). The bus stop in Arndtstr. is 7 minutes walking ( bus lines 611 and 610 ).
The Rhine is 1 km away from the flat which is ideal for a walk/run. Moreover, there is a small park just in front of the building.
There are many supermarkets in the area (Netto, Rewe, DM, Edeka), coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies.
The university areas close to the ULB library and the Poppelsdorf Campus are the same distance from the apartment (15 minutes walking).
The area of Bonn Gronau, hosting the Posttower, Deutsche Welle and the UN buildings is 20 mins walking distance.
The city center and the Hbf are 5 min by tram and 15 min on foot.
The current tenants of the remaining 2 bedrooms are:
Lien, 29 yrs old, from Vietnam, she speaks English, Vietnamese, and German.
She moved in April 2020 after an adventurous trip in East Africa and she is currently working full time in Bonn.
She likes cooking (especially Asian food, especially instant noodles, and bubble tea :) ), eating, dancing (she's learning zumba and salsa), and learning new languages. In her free time, she also practices quilling art and goes hiking.
Lene, 25 yrs old, from Germany, she speaks German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
She has been living in the apartment since July 2020, and works in town. She is very passionate about politics and traveling and she is always open to chats, discussions, and debates. She also likes sports and dancing to music from everywhere in the world.
Lene and Lien are really a good team and I wish I could spend more time in the WG with them. They are really sweet and supportive but the best thing, that I cannot stress enough, is how open they are towards new experiences and discussions.
They have very similar daily schedules and they really like spending some time together, going for walks, eating, watching series and films.
When it's not Corona times, they both like to invite friends over sometimes.
Since English is the main language in our flat, you should at least be willing to communicate in English.
Lene and Lien are open-minded and happy to meet anyone from any part of the world.
They would like to spend time together so we would prefer someone who is also willing to join us.
If you are interested please write me a message here and we can arrange a meeting (in person or via Skype/Zoom etc).
Please also tell me something about yourself in the message (what do you do in your life? hobbies? how long do you plan to stay? ).
