Wir sind eine 3-er WG mit einem freien Zimmer in einer schönen Altbauwohnung mit Garten in der Bonner Südstadt. Das Zimmer ist im 2. Stock, etwa 20 m² groß und mit Fenster zum Garten. Zu der WG gehört ausserdem Küche und Bad. Alle Zimmer der WG sind nur vom Treppenhaus zugänglich und nicht miteinander verbunden. Die Wohnung befindet sich aber in den obersten Stockwerken, weshalb ausreichend Privatsphäre garantiert ist. Außerdem hat das Haus einen gemeinsamen Keller mit Waschküche.
We are a 3-person flat share with one free room in a nice old apartment with garden in Bonn Südstadt. The room is on the 2nd floor, about 20 m² and with a window to the garden. We also share a kitchen and a bathroom. All rooms are accessible only from the staircase and are not connected with each other. However, the apartment is located on the top floors, so sufficient privacy is guaranteed. In addition, the house has a common basement with laundry room.
Das Haus liegt in der schönen Bonner Südstadt in einer gemütlichen Straße voller Bäume. Der Garten grenzt an die Zuggleise. Der Hauptbahnhof, die Innenstadt, die Uni, der Rhein und der Wald am Venusberg sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich außerdem Cafés, Kneipen und zwei Supermärkte.
The house is located in the beautiful southern part of Bonn in a cozy street full of trees. The garden is located next to the train tracks. The main station, the city center, the university, the river and the forest at the Venusberg are within walking distance. There are also cafés, pubs and two supermarkets nearby.
Schreib uns gerne was du studierst oder arbeitest, wie du dir das WG-Leben vorstellst und was du gerne in deiner Freizeit machst. Ob kochen, quatschen, weggehen, oder ähnliches, wir freuen uns grundsätzlich über gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Gleichzeitig sind wir oft bei der Arbeit oder an der Uni, weshalb du genügend Zeit für dich hast.
