Für mein Auslandssemester verlasse ich Bonn von September 2021 bis ca. Februar 2022 (Der genaue Zeitraum der Untermiete ist noch etwas variabel/flexibel) und suche für diesen Zeitraum eine:n Untermieter:in für mein wunderschönes WG Zimmer. Wenn du also in der Zeit ein Praktikum machst, oder anfängst zu studieren und noch nicht so recht weißt wo hin, dann ist das Zimmer super für dich.
Das Zimmer hat trotz Dachschräge hohe Decken, alten Dielenboden und wird möbiliert vermietet, du brauchst dich also um nichts zu kümmern - Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank bleiben drin!
Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben der super schönen Küche, die zu Kochabenden einlädt und gut ausgestattet ist, sogar mit Spühlmaschine! Im Badezimmer ist außerdem eine Waschmaschine.
For my Erasmus, I will be going to Paris from September 2021 to February 2022 (the dates are not exactly certain yet) and therefor search for a subtenant for this time period. So if you’re doing Erasmus in Bonn, this could be really good for you! :)
You would live in a shared flat with one other flatmate, in a beautiful 20sqm room, with high seilings and old wooden floor. All furniture will stay with you (bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf) so you only have to bring your clothes to move in!
The room is right next to the large kitchen, which is perfect for cooking evenings with friends. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. You even have a washing machine in the bathroom :)
Du wirst in der wunderschönen Südstadt leben. Von hier bist du in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad am HBF und am Uni Hauptgebäude, und auch die Straßenbahn (61/62) und Busse (600) fahren quasi vor der Haustür.
You will live in the „Südstadt“, which is one of the prettiest parts of the city and really calm, but also very close to the center of the city. You can reach the central station and the Uni-Campus in 5 mins per bike, and also the Straßenbahn (61/62) departs 2 mins from your new home.
Zurzeit wohne ich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Lilith. Sie ist 19 und macht ein FSJ in Bonn, sie ist super cool und eine super Mitbewohnerin. Wir kochen super viel zusammen und verbringen generell viel Zeit gemeinsam. Sie weiß allerdings noch nicht, ob sie ab September nicht auch Bonn verlassen wird. Das klärt sich sicherlich in der nächsten Zeit. Es kann also sein, dass du selber mitentscheiden kannst wer zukünftig hier mit dir wohnt - Wenn du also gerne mit einem Freund oder einer Freundin zusammen hier wohnen möchtest, lässt sich das unter Umständen einrichten. Ich würde mir wünschen dass der/die Untermieter:in für den gesamten Zeitraum in Bonn bleibt, da ich mich aus dem Ausland sehr schlecht um Nachmieter:innen kümmern kann.
My current roommate is Lilith, she’s 19 and does a FSJ in Bonn. She’s super cool and a perfect roommate, but doesn’t know yet if she will stay in Bonn for the next few months, so it is possible that you get to decide who will live here with you! :) So if you wanna move in with a friend that could be possible under certain circumstances. In general it would be really great if you would stay in Bonn for the whole time period, because it will be quite hard for me to organize a new tenant when I’m not in the country...
