Hi,
ich bin Lisa und gebe mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in der besten 5er WG ab, da ich die Stadt wechsle.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, Altbau (hohe Decke) und hat ein sehr großes Fenster raus in unseren Garten, wodurch es immer schön hell und recht ruhig ist.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und wird vor dem Auszug nicht frisch gestrichen.
Wir sind leider nur auf der Suche nach weiblichen Bewerberinnen, damit das Geschlechterverhältnis in der WG etwas ausgeglichen bleibt.
Hi,
I`m Lisa and I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room in the best five-person-shared-flat because I am moving to another city. The room has 15 qm, is old building with a high ceiling and has a very big window with a view in our garden - so it's a very bright and quite calm room.
The room comes without furniture and is not freshly painted before my moving-out.
We are looking for a female roommate, so the gender ratio in the flat stays a little more balanced.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt, nahe der Reuterbrücke. In der Nähe gibt es Kneipen und Cafés, zum Bahnhof UN Campus oder zur Haltestelle Museum König kann man in wenigen Minuten entspannt laufen.
The flat is located in Südstadt, very close to the Reuter bridge. There are bars and cafés around and the stations UN Campus and Museum König are in close walking distance.
Wir sind eine entspannte Berufstätigen-WG mit Kay (setzt sich für Klimagerechtigkeit ein), Rodrigo (bringt Autos fahren bei), Samantha (kämpft für faire Löhne) und Peter (liebt Zahlen und Logistik). Alle sind irgendwie sportlich, spontan und es ist immer was los. Wir starten mal eine gemeinsame Grillparty im Garten und mal gehen alle ihren eigenen Plänen nach.
In den Stockwerken über uns leben noch zwei weitere große WGs, mit denen wir uns den großen Garten (inkl. Tischtennisplatte!) teilen und auch gerne mal einen Spieleabend veranstalten.
We're a relaxed flatshare of Kay (fights for climate justice), Rodrigo (trains cars to drive), Samantha (fights for fair wages) and Peter (loves numbers and logistics). Everybody's kinda sporty and spontaneous and there's always something going on. Sometimes we throw a spontaneous BBQ in the garden, sometimes everyone follows their own paths.
On the floors above us live two other large shared flats , with whom we share the large garden (with table tennis table!) and also like to organise games nights sometimes.
Monatlich werden noch 55€ für Strom und Internet dazukommen.
There will be another 55€ monthly for WiFi and electricity.
